I was waited on by Ian at this Minneola Starbucks on Hancock. I was impressed with his service. He was patient with me while I decided what each person in my family wanted. He was very pleasant. In fact each and every staff member in there was pleasant and friendly. I highly recommend this location of Starbucks

Concern Regarding Inconsistent Policy Enforcement at Starbucks Location
Dear Starbucks Customer Service,
I’m writing to share a concern regarding a recent experience at one of your locations. I’ve been a loyal Starbucks customer for years and have consistently had positive visits—including bringing my well-behaved dog with me on several occasions, both at this location and others, without issue.
However, during a recent visit with my spouse and our dog, I was unexpectedly told by an employee—only as I reached the counter to order—that pets were not allowed in the store. This was confusing and frustrating, as just days earlier I visited the same store with my dog and was even complimented by staff on how adorable he was. Additionally, Starbucks’ online listings and marketing often promote pet-friendly spaces, further contributing to the confusion.
What stood out most to me was the timing and handling of the situation. If pets were truly not permitted, I would have appreciated that being communicated upon entering—not at the point of ordering. I even asked if I could quickly place my order and then step outside, but this request was denied. Other customers around us seemed unbothered, and there was no visible issue until the staff member brought it up at the register.
My primary concern is the lack of consistency in enforcing policies, and the way this situation was handled left my spouse and me feeling unwelcome. I hope this feedback helps improve communication and clarity around store policies, so experiences like this can be avoided in the future.

Great people, always greeted with a smile. Their fresh food and hot coffee never let me down day or night. I can go for lunch or breakfast the service is always fast. The drive tru line may look very long but it will move fast. I like the fact that we can use our own cups, less trash in the planet and our coffee stays hot longer;)

When you walk-in and place your order, they make wait too long. It seems that your order is not too important like drive through.
