Great for vegetarians, omnis, and meat eaters. -Veggie chunks with brown stew A+ (I'm guessing a soy meat alternative was used) -Rice and red beans really good -Jerk chicken well flavored and extremely tender -Chicken tenders really flavorful and juicy. -Carrot cake was amazing -Bammy (fried cassava) pretty good -Fried dumpling was like a really tender biscuit (I could eat a dozen by myself)
This place is busy and that good. 8 beef patties just came out from the kitchen and a lady bought all of them at once.

I believe, if not the best, one with the best jamaican food in South Florida. I was pleasantly surprised when the owner actually stopped by my table and asked us if we were enjoying the food, & mentioned his other location in Miramar which was closer to my job. I now eat there at least once a week. Best brown stew chicken, curried goat and wings. I haven't tried anything else.
The order was not ready and it took 45 minutes for a fish. Bad service.

I had a experience totally unnecessary, mirramar high school is close by I would suggest u see if u can get some basic arithmetic lessons for your head cashier, I made a order for myself and friend ( both of us paying cash ) your cashier obviously can't add and subtract told ne she could not split the bill as it was my fault when ordering did not tell her it was 2 people, I have been supporting u guys b4 she was born try get her some training

Been here few times and I'm very impressed with the ackee salt fish breakfast with provisions. Also the curry goat slamming. Spicy and delicious. The jerk chicken is so so, depending on ones preference. I like heat and to me it's mild. But good still. Highly recommend this sweet spot.
Order the lamb chops via Uber eats. It was okay, something was lacking flavor wise.

I was in town on a business trip. I always like to "eat local" when I travel. I looked on the map and saw an unusual amount of Jamaican & Caribbean restaurants in the area. This looked like it had good reviews. It did not disappoint. The oxtail was fantastic, which I had on the owner's son's recommendation. I rarely go back to the same place twice on a trip, but this will be a rare exception. I'll be trying the curry goat next time.

Listen! This place is definitely in my top 5's of Jamaican restaurants. The oxtails, the soups (especially the conch soup), the steamed fish and veggies (to die for) the escovitch fish and wings are all delicious and don't sleep on the breakfast!! You won't be disappointed.
This is my second time ordering the ackee and saltfish and peanut porridge. Their breakfast foods remind me of my childhood. Definitely the best Jamaican breakfast food I’ve ever had in South Florida.
