disgusting. i have order from here atleast 3 times and every time i get it it’s the wrong order and it tastes like butter and and pretzels are hard and don’t taste good.

These were the worst Auntie Anne’s pretzel bites I’ve ever had. They were burnt on the bottom, hard as rocks, and completely inedible.

Horrible experience at this Auntie Anne's.
I know this location shares employees with the Subway. My experience was with a Latina employee. I asked for a Cinnamon Pretzel, she bagged a Salted Pretzel I informed her I asked for Cinnamon and showed her where it was located in display. She snapped at me with a nasty attitude when I was informing her the correct Pretzel. I told her no thank you and left. AUNTIE ANNE'S needs better training or better employees that know what they are doing.

I want who ever made the pretzels at the Walmart location Miramar to QUIT this is the most disgraceful disgusting pretzel I’ve ever seen! You know you messed up and you served it anyway I am so grossed out throwing everything away. I doordashed this order I wish I was there to tell you all to throw the batch and the person who made this atrocity

Placed a Door Dash pickup order and it sent the order to this location instead of my GPS location, the app did not allow a cancellation even after immediately canceling once realizing the address. DD and the vendor need to review the cancellation policy. Those stale pretzels were sitting there and not exactly made to order which I would understand.

It's the worst place I've been to in 10 years... it's the second time and the person who works there is unbearable... the worst treatment... he told me that there wasn't one thing... what I bought it was in poor condition.... then I saw that what I had been denied.... yes I had.... so many people did work and so much work done badly... I was with my children and the truth is that because of education I did not say anything. .
Whoever the manager or owner is . Please you need to change those people who are working in there. I came twice this week and I was not happy at all . How can you do business if the employees that work there don’t represent your company. You might as well close your door

Either they got stale old pretzels or none at all. Majority of the time they aint got ANY! It’s ridiculous. How you a pretzel place with NO pretzels!

The person who attended me there on Saturday 08/28 at 1pm gave the impression that he did not want to work and tends to mistreat people. I really do not think I should attend the public
I don’t think I will be supporting this company ever again.I understand they don’t take coupons from the T-MOBILE app. However, online it shows the store opens at 10:00am. I went to the store around 11:45 and they had absolutely no pretzels available. As a business, it looks deceiving to say the store is open at 10 am an hour ago and there’s no products for a consumer to buy. This experience left a bad taste in my mouth. I won’t be supporting this brand again.This is the auntie Annie’s located inside of Walmart in Miramar Florida.
