One of my fav go to spot for Jamaican food. My fav thing to order is the fried Chicken with extra fried chicken gravy. No other Jamaican restaurant cooks fried chicken as delicious as Barbican Square. For me its worth the 22 mile drive to go and come back.
Had this for dinner with my mom & sister last week and it was so good. Got the Fried Chicken plate w/ rice and peas (and oxtail gravy on the the rice). The food was fresh, tasty and I love how close this restaurant is to my house! Yummy ?!
Just wish Wednesday & Friday (stew peas and rice) Thursday & Saturday (red peas soup) they did not run out 2hr after opening. I should be able to arrive at 4 pm and still get served.
