They got my order wrong. Employees are not aware of online orders. Ordered a banana Royale ice cream with egg nog and world class chocolate and the order was given with only chocolate and no hot fudge. Not happy with this store. The employees don't pay attention to detail.

Not friendly at all. Tried to order a custom cake over the phone and they said I had to pay in person today for a cake pick up in a couple of days ( no other BR asks this) . They also don’t customize anything apart from colors on the icing. VERY RUDE.

Planned a special birthday party centered around a beautiful custom ice cream cake I ordered way in advance, only for them to say they never received it. Had the confirmation email, the bank charged, but no cake when we came. Awful manager who did not help and felt unsympathetic, didn’t even offer us anything for the trouble and problem that was on their end. Do NOT order a cake here in the future.

My dad, Fiancé and I walked in to this location because I wanted an ice cream cake for my birthday. I stood there by the counter waiting for one of the workers to pay attention to us. She told us that the other worker was for the Baskin Robbins and she only does Dunkin while she was scooping ice cream and the other worker was grabbing donuts…. We waited for the worker to assist us and she would walk past us and ignore us while continuing to grab donuts. She would not even look our way even with me standing at the cash register so we decided to leave and go to Publix. Very poor customer service and management at this location. Do not go here unless you are prepared to wait.
We are here all the time and have never waited at least 30min. They are severely understaffed or maybe incompetent?

Just left this place on 8/21/22. Don't even bother coming here for ice cream, there was a choice of only nine flavors, and wait for it... they had no vanilla or chocolate ice cream. There was only a choice of five donuts. Just ridiculous. To be fair I will say that the young lady behind the ice cream counter was pleasant.

Staff was nice but did not understand what we were asking for. The garbage bins were overflowing with trash (both of them). But worst of all, the ice cream was warm and melted from the moment she tried to scoop it. Perhaps not surprisingly, it melted on the cone and started falling all over the sides.
