As always, this visit was great. My daughter and I decided to go to lunch last minute, so I was able to make a reservation and I was notified that the table was ready 15 early which is also as we were walking...well running...because it started raining in. I was not expecting that many people to be there but, I guess because I don't generally go on a Sunday so I get it. The hostess was super nice, I didn't catch her name, I'm a bit upset I didn't because I love to address them by name in reviews. I'll be sure to jot it down in the future, she asked if we wanted to by any chance be seated at the experience tables instead of the lounge but we wanted the Taste of Benihana special which was only available in the lounge area. But it was great to have had that option. MARCEL (hope I spelled it correctly) was awesome from beginning to end. He was attentive, soft spoken and professional. We didn't wait long for anything we may have requested handled his entire area very well. JUNE was the chef that made my steak to perfection even the fatty part of the New York strip. I had to tell her myself from across the room. Lol. I have had a bad experience or at least one that I can recall at this location. It's always clean enough to not make you turn up your nose and I love that about it. It's just the usual customer dropped this or that along the way. Keep up the great job.

I took my family out for dinner 8/22/25 it was my 72 it birthday and wanted to enjoy it with my grandkids, our wait was 2hrs I was okay with that because it was a busy night, but the shock was my three grandkids ordered fruit punch, when it came they tasted it and said grandma this punch has Rum in it, each of us four adults tasted it to our surprise it was old and started to taste like wine it was so old and spoiled that it fermented, and smell.I have been going to Benihana when they were on south Dixie highway. This was my worst experience. My bill was 208$ plus a 40$ tip I didn't get my monies worth.... Then the food was not the best. Sorry

My waiter Xavier was awesome and very attentive to me and my daughter. He was making sure everything was to our satisfaction. He was the best. Please give him a raise. I will definitely be coming back to this Benihana and I want my waiter to be Xavier.

We had Helbert celebrating our 3rd anniversary and he did absolutely amazing, great service, very energetic, and the food was amazing. I would definitely like to have him again.

Disappointed, there was a hair in my food They brought out the wrong order for chef to make.

The last 4 times that I have gone despite having reservations there is at least a 20-30 min wait time. Then the server takes forever to get there

I haven't been in a while and I see why. I went to the location in Miramar and luckily I didn't have to wait because I made a reservation through OpenTable. Our waiter was good and attentive. Our cook Andres, under seasoned our food and did NO tricks at the table unless prompted (we had kids.) ANDDD they now charge $6.50 for fried rice. That is ridiculous, anyway I won't be returning.. Japan Inn or Blue Ginger are better.

Made reservations for 8pm for my daughter's birthday and didn't get seated until after 9pm. Kept getting the run around from Xavier the hostess and all 3 worthless managers were walking around clueless. Every so called manager gave me a different excuse, one I left speechless that he couldn't answer my questions and walked away from me. Then the hostess wants to argue with my daughter about his lies and misinformation about the wait time. Managers didn't care and need training in customer service and appointment management.

The dinner was delicious, as always. The service was great and we almost had no waiting time. I also received a birthday gift coupon which was very appreciated. Will we go back to the Miramar Benihana? Absolutely!

I was actually disappointed we ordered 2 bottles of Caymus wine and all the wine glasses were dirty. We were not even offered to exchange them. The server handed the very hot soup to us from across the table instead of placing it in front of us. I burned my hands. Service and chef were slow he did not really do a show for us. Not very entertaining.

OMG I have been going to Benihana since they opened. The chef was unprofessional. The rice was without flavor. We had to ask for butter to put on the rice. The food was flying off the grill. A piece of egg hit my foot and fell to the floor by my foot. It was not what we usually expect from Benihana. The other people at the table did not enjoy their meals. Either they left the food. They didn't even take the food home. At the end of cooking and cleaning the grill the chef lifted her nose. Didn't even ask anyone if they needed anything else and just left very unprofessional

We got there for lunch as a family of 5. They would not sit us until another group shows up. Could be 5min could be 30. Restaurant was empty
