Our experience at Benihana was fantastic, and our server Dee made it even better! She was friendly, attentive, and kept everything running smoothly throughout the meal. We never had to ask for anything — she was always one step ahead. Excellent service from start to finish. We’ll definitely be back!

We've been to numerous Benihana restaurants, and the Miramar location in Florida surprised us in a positive way with its excellent service and Chef Saha, who was outstanding, very friendly, and skilled. He made our lunch much happier and more enjoyable.

Deeply disappointed by how my family was treated during my daughter’s birthday celebration. We were quoted a 45-minute wait and ended up waiting over 1 hour and 30 minutes with no updates, while several employees stood at the front desk laughing and the lobby was empty. A table suddenly became available only after I asked for a manager. Staff implied it was our fault for not having a reservation, and the tone felt dismissive. We strongly felt judged by our appearance. My daughter ended up crying, and we weren’t even able to properly celebrate. We will not be returning.
