OK, I wanna start by saying I always come to Blue Ginger. I have several parties there. This is the first time I ever been there and someone was rude to me. Very rude and I didn’t like that. His name was Ray. Ray was very disrespectful. He has no class whatsoever. He talk to me in a way that I did not want to stay. He was rushing us due to my sister was only five minutes late and it was only 8:50pm my reservation was at 8:30 I was there with my party I was only waiting for my sister in her daughter,I was explaining to him that it was raining really hard and she’s trying to get there. She arrived at 8:55. He kept pushing the situation like he was attacking us like we was the only table that was there like I don’t understand I told him can he please get away from our table because he making me feel uncomfortable so it was a waitress there. Her name was Robin she handled the situation very well she told us she apologize for the way he’s acting And she helped us with everything we needed and she made us feel comfortable so we wind up staying and celebrated my daughter 17th birthday there. I just feel like a restaurant that I’ve been coming to for years and getting treated bad makes me not wanna come there anymore. I just feel like when it comes to employees talking to customers any type of way They need to address that because you Will run customers away, but I give a 10 star to Robin thanks to Her me and my family will be visiting again. Thank you.

The smell on your clothing will linger until you wash your clothes again.
This place had mediocre food, and the only thing I might like is the Hibashi show, and I didn’t even sat at a hibachi seat, it was disappointing. I when in a Saturday around 6PM.

I have been here twice now. Food is good but was better the 2nd time around. My drink i ordered a mule and it was basically all alcohol. Overall it was ok

We waited about 30-35 minutes after were seated before they even began. The waitress took our orders and I mentioned that I was allergic to shrimp. When the chef arrived he re-erate what was written that I was infact allergic to shrimp & crab specifically NOT SEAFOOD, he then stated that he would make the shrimp last. When it was time for him to prepare the shrimp I stepped outside just not be there when it was being prepared.
My sister & boyfriend was at the table, I returned to find shrimp on my plate, needless to say they both got cussed out because they didn't see him do it. This is the thing that bugged me I called the manager over to point this out annoyed but not upset and he proceeded to get a smaller plate to remove the shrimp so I could eat it, ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!.
I was done after that my sister and boyfriend enjoyed their food and I left hungry with both of them apologizing for not being more aware.

This place is so under staffed and made is wait 45 minutes before someone finally came to our table just before we walked out. Not sure what was the hipe for this restaurant which is an overpriced panda. Will not come back again or recommend this place !
LUCY the server was the worst !! They did not have any NY Strip , so they had to substitute it for another cheap steak . She tried to charge us a higher price when the Chef advised the steak would be lower than the NY strip . LUCY also had this weird nasty attitude. I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK . & DO NOT RECOMMEND. Food not even all that fr !

Me and my husband went for our 14 year wedding anniversary and the cook started to serenade us and we loved it. The food was delicious and the alcoholic drinks were good as well. I would definitely recommend this place. I can't wait to come back again.🥰

Very good experience at Familiar. The sushi was fresh and well-prepared, with interesting combinations and balanced flavors. The atmosphere is cozy, and the service was attentive and friendly at all times.
