It's not what it used to be
Conveyor belt with the sushi plates no longer works and it's just there like an empty space, definitely an eye sore

On the news for health inspectors finding rats, roaches and handwashing issues. Rat died right in front of the inspector.

We visited due to the positive reviews on google. We were looking forward to dinner. Don’t recommend going on Monday. Service was non existent. One napkin, salad with plastic forks, and had to keep searching for the waiters. The cook was amazing and tried to make it fun. They do automatic 18% but little to no service because they don’t have enough waiters. We ordered appetizers and they arrived after the meal. The people across from us where there before and their appetizers came at the end. Just not the experience we expected for the price. I hope it’s better on the weekend but we will not be returning.

We visited a Saturday during happy hour. The hostess was able to accommodate us in a nice and private table since we had our kids with us. Our server was nice and friendly. All the drinks and food we ordered came out fairly quick and tasted very good and flavorful. Their bar looks very nice. I also like that they added for lights trees around the building outside, although instead of pink, I think that white, blue and gold should have been a better color fit for their name and inside decor.

My family and I love Blue Ginger. The Hibachi show is always fun and the food is spectacular. Tonight's experience was another hit, and our server was amazingly attentive. Definitely recommend.

Communication barrier brings misunderstandings. Other than that, it was a great experience as a first timer. The mozzarella sticks were different with the sauce. I had the hibachi chicken & shrimp, which was delicious.
