The sound is great. I'm really big on Music. I went on a Sunday at 1pm for a football game. They have a DJ and Pump Papa entertaining the customers.During commercials they play music. Pump Papa. He is hilarious. I loved it. He says " move the chain move the chain move the chain" lolWednesday's they have karaoke night.They recently reopened so they are short on staff. I'm sure when things get back to normal the place is going to be a success.The food was great.They have a terrace in the back which is lovely when Miami is not sauna. There's a nice breeze. This place has gone down hill. I blame bokamper him self not over looking quality of food.they are only interested selling alcohol. Of the food goes down hill how are expected to sell alcohol and costumers.

Not surprised to see this place is closed. Horrible service all the time, usually empty yet takes forever to get a server. You can see them at the end of the bar standing around on their phones for 10 minutes at a time. Management and some form of standard procedures needed to be replaced and updated. This place could be so much better.

FYI: I looked this up and it said temporarily closed. However, when I drive by the location, there was a very large for sale sign on the building. So I believe this location is permanently closed and not just being remodeled based on the large for sale sign. Just wanted to share with others.

Miramar location is closed... used to be good until they started reheating their chicken wings. Beautiful location though. The service was not bad. There are other locations still open.

One of my favorite to go to spots! Love the wings and nachos. The service is amazing, drinks are nice, overall It's the perfect chill spot.

ok, how to explain this? the site is very nice, the outside area is very nice with a lake view. It's the only thing the site has. the service was the worst. TERRIBLE. my wife and I arrived, they sat us at a table outside and the waitresses literally passed in front of us without serving us, we asked to be served and a girl told us that this was not the area she served, that our waitress would arrive soon, no I lie that it took 25 minutes to get served. we ordered some margaritas and they looked like water, cold food, i said the service was bad??? I'm really not a person who makes reviews, but what an unpleasant experience we lived there. We were hoping to have a good time and it was a complete failure.
They have a great outside area with a lake view, but that is pretty much the only positive thing about this place. We have been there about five times, and the service was ALWAYS terrible. Example: the last time i was waiting for my beer like 20 (!) minutes. The beer was just standing ready at the bar, but nobody cared to bring it to our table. After 20 minutes the waiter finally noticed and brought the stale and warm beer, as if nothing happened. (Of course, I returned it.) Also, the food is overpriced for what it is (fast food). It is a pity to see so much wasted potential, because the location is otherwise great.

This place used to be half decent but has gone downhill over the years. Stopped in last night with my wife and kids. There was a 40 minute wait to be seated despite the place being empty and plenty of staff around. When we were seated the food took almost an hour to arrive and half the order was wrong. Drinks are very whatever. Even lost points with the wife because I suggested we go here instead of where she wanted to go. Staff was nice and the manager personally apologized and only charged us for the drinks. Honestly bad experience overall and will likely not come back for a while.

I used to be a regular at BOKAMPERS at the Pine Island location and never had a problem. Service and food was very good and the outdoor dining noise level was fine. I tried the one in Miramar & it was good with a huge outdoor dining area overlooking a lake. On this occasion the outdoor dining was very unpleasant because the music was deafening loud and terrible. As for service, the server was new and knew nothing about beer selections and had to come back several times with information. He failed to enter one of the orders so it arrived very late. In addition, unordered orders were delivered. He had to be reminded several times to bring condiments and thus the food got cold. He had no idea how to deal with the MVP.

Well, I don't usually post, but after a year after our last visit, we decided to give this place another try- it's close- convenient and a lot of population for a great sports bar. No sir, nothing much has changed at Bokamper's Miramar from our last visit Went there at 6:45pm and not many people there for a Sat night in Feb. So that was the first clue. This is a huge place, no one at the outside bar, or inside bar. Maybe 50 people total. Numerous tables not cleaned off-host had to look around for a clean table. The server was doing her best, but she needed more training, so no fault of hers. Our order was taken promptly, good. Drinks came good. 35 minutes later, one of the two orders came out. Another 10 min for the second order. Requested the manager, he said he just started. Obviously, he didn't have a grip yet on operations. But, courteous. Listened and understood. For a restaurant with so much potential, and in a mega location- no improvement. Mr. Kim Bokamper and his team need to go back to the playbook on what makes a good experience for food and beverage, he should be more involved, that's our last visit. 0-2 Bo. Sorry to report. Need a new coach. Lot of potential.

Absolutely AWFUL SERVICE. I'm convinced that no one works there. I went here w my family ON TWO OCCASIONS. First time, they came out without one of my kids food (chicken fingers easy to make) and it took them 35 minutes to finally bring that out....without her fries. Gave it another try again with my family. There were two servers on the entire back patio. We were seated and after 15 minutes no one came to the table to take a drink order.
