The food is always fresh, delicious, cooked properly with great flavor and the portions are perfect. Definitely consistent and you get a great value for what you pay. One of my fav spots and the bowls can be as ultra lean as you like (tacos too) with how customizable the options are.

Great, friendly staff too that is always pleasant.

Food is fresh, healthy and the quantity is great. It's nice to be able to pick what you want specially made. The employees are nice and quick. The price is very good. The many and multiple varieties offered are outstanding! Download and use the app so you can review the extensive menu, and have your meal easily taylor made. The free rewards program is great, and you can also purchase bonus rewards for up to 11.11% discount! Definitely one of my best fast food restaurants.

It's a good place to go

Service is terrible. The girls at the counter seem uninterested in serving you. Threw the receipt at me. Was my first time here and though the food is good I will never order in store again. I’ll just place online for pick up.

So I decided to try this location since eating at the Orlando location was a successful and delicious venture. Unfortunately this location does not meet expectations when compared. We tried the Birria Dilla and the Crema Burrito. Both were underwhelming and the consomé was bland, lacking it's true essence which is what completes the Birria. ???.

Me and my best friend went here earlier today and I can’t stress enough how amazing the staff is here, everytime we come everyone is super helpful and friendly!!! The restaurant is always rlly clean and the portions r amazing, never had a bad experience here ??❤️?

Went in on Sunday, service was good. Ordered all flat wings. Got to my hotel to eat and the first wing I tried was HARD. Tried a second wing and the meat was HARD! Tried a third wing and the meat was HARD as well! ALL 8 WINGS MEAT WAS HARD AND COULD NOT COME OFF THE BONE. Took all 8 wings back that only the skin was able to come off and the young lady would not refund me because I tried all of them. Mam, I just flew into miami and needed to grab a bite and head to my hotel. I WILL NEVER EVER TRY THIS CHAIN AGAIN. THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME TRYING THEM! SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE WHEN I WENT BACK AND ASK FOR A REFUND. THR YOUNG LADY DIDN'T EVEN SYMPATHIZE WITH ME!.....wish I did not leave the wings there and put in their garbage so I could upload a picture with ALL WINGS IN THE PLATE

The employees were super friendly, the place was very clean, and the food was amazing!

Kid-friendliness: They only have 3 options for kids but it was perfect portion, came with chips and a drink for a great price

Clean restaurant, great staff.
Maybe more staff to help move the line along, but I was impressed to see "all hands on deck"
However, they were busy yet never once had an attitude or lost their sense of customer service. Nor did the taste of the food suffer. Much more food to come back for.

So these place charged me $40 for a burrito and 3 tacos with steak and the portion of steak was a misery, not even for a small kid.. I basically payed $40 to eat beans and rice! They charge everything extra too. You can’t charge that much and don’t put enough protein on your dish, it’s insane!!!! Hope this gets to the manager. Would not recommend this place unless you are a vegetarian or willing to pay over $25 for a burrito/tacos with double protein

Loved the Mango Habanero Grilled Chicken Salad with guacamole I ordered for takeout on a Saturday night!! I like to be able to customize my bowls and salads — and they have tons of options for toppings, sauces and dressings!!

The bowl was such a huge portion that I was able to get 2 meals out it! Everything tasted freshly made and the mango habanero was just the right balance of sweet and spicy.

Decently priced for very good quality food and definitely better than Chipotle!
