We came to Fort Wayne Indiana yesterday from Ohio for me to make a purchase at one of your local shops there and ended up going BurgerFi to eat before heading back to Ohio. First time ever eating there.Myself and my husband both really enjoyed, the hamburgers were phenomenal and the fries were just as good. I would recommend this place if anybody. BurgerFi definitely needs to bring their establishment to Ohio especially northwest Ohio.

An impromptu visit led us to have lunch here, on a hot summer Wednesday afternoon.
Never having been here before, after studying the menu for a moment, my husband and I made our choices. My husband chose the bacon cheeseburger combo, with the burger wrapped in lettuce/hold the bun, the cry fry, which is a combination of onion rings and french fries, and a regular fountain drink. I ordered the two chicken sliders and an ice water, with plans to eat some of his fries.
It was 20 minutes before we got our food, and at the time we ordered, we were the only people in there, with the exception of one other person. Soon after we arrived, a couple of people came in with to-go orders, and a few others had ordered at the counter and sat down. People with to-go orders, were leaving with their food, and we still had not received ours. When our food finally came, it was very hot ! However, we immediately noticed that my husband did not get his cry fry, and instead had only received an order of regular fries. He went up to the counter and tried to explain to them that he did not receive the onion rings with the fries. It seemed like there was a communication issue, and after going back-and-forth for a couple of minutes, they told him they would bring out a cry fry to the table. Several minutes later, we received the fry and onion rings (the cry fry). In the meantime, we noticed that even though we paid for the burger to be wrapped in lettuce, which was a small up charge, they did not wrap it in lettuce, and instead put it on a regular bun. This means that they got neither the burger nor the side order correct. At this point, we had been here for more than 30 minutes, and I told him to just let it go, considering how long it took to get the food, and then the replacement on the fries.
The food itself was hit-or-miss. My chicken sliders were quite good. My husband found the burger just okay, and didn’t like neither the fries nor rings. I thought the fries were decent, but I wasn’t a fan of the onion rings either.
Food was expensive for essentially a fast food restaurant with counter service. Service was lacking severely, considering they got most of our order incorrect, and were very slow, prioritizing fulfilling orders for people who were getting food to go, when people who were dining in, still had yet to get their food.
Given the slow service, incorrect orders, and prices, we've decided to take a hard pass on returning. With plenty of other options in the area, it's easy to skip this one.

This place is trash. I paid 32 dollars for a salad that was plain with no taste, a burger that is small and boring. And two chicken tenders for a kids meal. WENDYS is 10x’s better than this dump. This was the FIRST and LAST time I eat at any of these dumps DO NOT ORDER FOR THIS PLACE. It’s just overpriced

Tbh l have been to other locations, and it's been a lackluster experience. Today change my opinion. The burger was done right, and everything was nice and hot. I came in 30 minutes to close and often you get an attitude at other places like you are and inconvenience. They went above and beyond and I credit Jerbrill (sp?) but he was a good guy. Made me feel welcome, brought my food and drinks right to my table right away and is very courteous. Really will come back again after his great personality and manner. He is a great asset to Burger Fi. Everyone seems to be welcoming here, but he is top notch. Looking forward to coming back again.
Parking: It's in front of a new Publix. Theres plenty of parking.

Food was good. Burger was filling but did not have the legendary stamp. None of our four burgers had it. The staff forgot one of my sauces that I paid for and the coleslaw was less than half full. Pretty disappointed but I believe I would still return. The store was clean. The staff got the food done fast. But I would change these items in order to return. Bathroom was clean as well.

The burgers are one of the best ever and The Oreo shake was supreme. The fries are honestly mediocre at best so I would recommend going for the sweet potatoes instead. Overall it was great and we use the spot as a fundraising event for the school.

09/27/2024 @1:20-1:40 PM Business has a sign on the door that clearly states no animals… with the exception of service animals. Three women walked into BurgerFi, one was carrying a dog in her arms. They were touching the cups, drink machine, utensils, ketchup dispenser, everything that was self serve. I expressed my concern to Shantoy the sweet lady that took my order, and she went to the manager Julian. He told her to not say anything to the customer and allowed them to stay. Why even bother to post a sign on the door and you don’t even enforce the rules? I’m done with Burger-Fi on Miramar and Flamingo. Shantoy, thanks for making my concerns known to your manager. Julian was one who didn’t do anything about it. It’s just unsanitary.!!!!!!
