Poor service, gave orders to customers who came in after our pickup time for our online order who ordered on the kiosk well past our supposedly pickup time for food. Made the beyond burgers inedible by over salting them. Refused a refund and offered 20% off the next visit, lol.

Our local Burger Fi in Lake Nona FL thought it would be a good idea to hold a car meet from 9PM to Midnight with a “Revving Contest” and hundreds of cars racing through residential neighborhoods. The noise was insane along with very dangerous driving all around. Whoever at corporate thought approving this with a “2 Step Contest” needed to google 2 Step before approving it. Will not be going back there again.

If you’re the owner of the franchise, you should be worried. The employees simply don’t feel like working. They barely bring you the food — they almost throw it on the table (do you get the difference?). It’s absurd that the place has music playing while two cell phones in the kitchen are blasting different music, the floor is sticky, and overall everything is a mess. I WILL NEVER COME BACK.

We came to Fort Wayne Indiana yesterday from Ohio for me to make a purchase at one of your local shops there and ended up going BurgerFi to eat before heading back to Ohio. First time ever eating there.Myself and my husband both really enjoyed, the hamburgers were phenomenal and the fries were just as good. I would recommend this place if anybody. BurgerFi definitely needs to bring their establishment to Ohio especially northwest Ohio.

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the experience I recently had at your restaurant. Unfortunately, my visit was very disappointing for several reasons . The burgers I ordered was in very poor condition, with taste and quality far below expectations. The fries were extremely greasy and seemed to have been cooked in old oil, which made them unpleasant to eat. The floor was sticky and dirty, which gives a very bad impression and raises concerns about the overall hygiene of the place. When I reviewed my bill, I noticed an extra charge of almost $10 under the category “Other,” which was not explained. This is a very serious matter as it affects trust in how charges are handled.

Unfortunately, I no longer have my receipt and I did not make the claim at the moment, and i live an hour away I was just visiting and I regret going there to eat. I do not think it is fair to have been charged almost $70 for such an unpleasant meal.

They are under new ownership and you see, feel, and taste the difference.
Cashier lady literally screamed at for simply pointing out to her that I didn't what I was looking for, not knowing menu had changed, and restaurant was under new management.

They don't read takeout orders. I ordered Waygu beef, add pickles and onions, with ketchup and mustard, and urban fries. I received normal beef, no ketchup or mustard, normal fries

The kiosk couldn’t handle custom orders, so we had to ask a staff member to take my order when my daughter wanted a burger with only lettuce. If you have a kiosk, make sure it can add and remove items and remove the tip option from the kiosk. Staff seemed disengaged, polite but not wanting to be there. One soda machine was empty with ice level stuck to the back, and the other had limited options. The restaurant was clean and very cold.
