Really a pleasant experience and awesome people. Service and selection are 5 ⭐ plus! Not the cheapest beverages in the world, but high quality and awesome people make it worth it. It is basically a drive thru, so don't expect ambiance or a particularly nice spot to chill, but does what it does great

I’m used to great customer service from Cali coffee Hiatus employees… this evening, 10/23 round 6, was not one of those days… The window employee, was not very helpful with the drink details and had negative comments about how gross it was inside of the coffee shop… definitely would not want to deal with her when placing an order in the future.

I normally come here and I’m pleased with the service. But this morning, the service I received was a pure lack of attention. I understand the culture is social and the employees chat. But chatting with each other and then getting all three drinks incorrect was frustrating. My fam and I have a dairy allergy, my three drinks came with whole milk and one with whip cream in which I did not request. Saturdays are busy for business, efficiency is valuable but listening to customers requests is just as important.
I was having a rough day at work, and my coworker surprised me with Cali Coffee. She told the team what happened, and they wrote the sweetest note on my cup along with a $2 off coupon. It honestly made my day! Huge thanks to the manager and team for spreading kindness and good vibes. 💛

Oh...my ... goodness!!!!! I was visiting from New England and wanted to stop by this amazing joint. Everyone was so friendly! I have a lot of dietary restrictions and they were all so understanding. Jason and Nico were standouts, but they were all so kind. All smiles here!!!!! If you are hesitant about trying a new coffee place, don't be, because when you're here, you're family (not their slogan, but you get the gist!). Quick, easy, and quality service ❤️
