It was ok food ordered the conch and shrimp combo conch was a little tuff that really was the only thing fried okra and shrimp was on point and they didn't have lemon juice

the costumer service here is ATROCIOUS!!! I waited at the menu to place my order for 15 minutes, there were two cars infront of me when I originally arrived 1 car had left assuming the menu was broken I pulled up and patiently waited for the other car. When I got to the window the brown skin Carribean girl with the plaits in her hair was EXTREMELY RUDE‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ She do comfortable with her job that she felt she could so rude and disrespectful. I explained to her that no one came to the menus to take my order. She stated that she was extremely busy and told me she couldn’t take my order at the window after I had waited in the drive through for now 30 min. She was very argumentative and didn’t care what my experience was. I had to talk to the cook to explain the situation. I just wanted to order me some food and I got the cashier from helll. SHE DOESNT WANT HER JOB NEITHER DO SHE LIKE HER JOB OR SHE WOULD HAVE BEHAD LIKE THAT TO THE POINT I HAD TO RAISE MY VOICE AND CURSE INFRONT OF MY CHILD BECAUSE SHE WAS BEING VERY DISRESPECTFUL. I pray that God handle her PROPERLY BECAUSE THAT WAS OUTRIGHT INSANE BEHAVIOR

Hit or miss but 8 out of 10 times is a hit. I come for the whole snapper and most of the time is a hit. Best seafood place compare to Hooks and Snappers. Also not a dine in place and the wait could get long because they do cook to order which I don’t mind the wait.

Ordered a jumbo tray of crabs.... every single crab was spoiled. EVERY SINGLE ONE. You can tell the crab were sitting out all day, whoever packaged it knew because they even SMELLED rancid. Never again 0/10. Wouldn't recommend.

I call because I send someone to buy blue crab 🦀 I live in Coral springs and to find out the crab is over cooked is crazy. The meat in the crab is like butter you can get a solid piece out .
I called to speak with the manager he is rude I always ask my man to pick up every other month to buy something from there but now am very disappointed you lost a long time customer due to food is not safe.

I stop by often but to wait 45min in your car is horrible. They claim the food is cooked to order they lie. The food is over cook and cook, no seasoning, it dry. I don’t plan on going back. Been coming here regularly for years, ordered 2lbs of snow crab legs and they tasted and smelled horrible almost as if they were washed with bleach. Threw up 5 minutes after due to the taste of the food. Will never be coming back here again.
I ordered a snapper and blue steam crab on 6/11. I picked up my order round 9pm. Maybe bc they were closing, not sure, but my food taste so bad. It taste spoiled! I use to come here in the past, never had that issue. I made it a point to request a refund for the poorly prepared unsanitary entrees and they ignored all correspondence. Never again. If you value your health, dont even waste your time.

I usually never have problems here but the chicken tenders were horrible. They were over cooked in burnt oil. I requested a fresh set and the second set was worse than the first set. I just wasted $13. I don't like sending food back because I've seen behind the scene in some resturants. But the drive thru cashiers was nice both time.
