Caribbean Guys is a food truck serving flavorful Haitian food done their unique way. The food is absolutely delicious, finger licking good, and phenomenal. Many customers order for the first time and are blown away, becoming returning customers. Specific dishes praised include the turkey with peas and rice, plantains, shrimp, fried pork (griot), salmon bites, Haitian Mac, macaroni, turkey Tasso, honey garlic griot, fish, and wings. The portion size is great and every bite packs flavor. Everything is cooked to perfection. The customer service is great and the owners are very hospitable. While it is currently a food truck without dine-in, the experience is highly recommended. Many mention they will be back to try everything on the menu and ask about the secret menu platter.
