I have no word of describe it. . I usually purchase pate for my whole family food was amazing , but they raise the price making people pay $1 for sauce when it’s not the same it’s very red , the pikiz is disgusting , there’s nothing inside the pate. Saw they did a video not to b mean but I hope they close making us waste money for nothing . I do hope her family is okay.

Good Morning Chez Katu,

I ordered 8 traditional pate kode and was surprised to find very little or no aranso inside. This isn't the first time this has happened. As a long-time customer, I've noticed a significant decline in the quality of the pates. If I'm paying for a product or service, I expect to receive it as advertised. Better quality control for your pates is necessary. Prices are raised but quality has declined. I’ve attached photos from 2021 vs 2024

This is probably my third time visiting this place and the last two times I remember the food was delicious. Today, the food is not that great! I spent $27.Xx for three patties!!!! The food quality went down. The griot patty was disgusting, I only took one bite. The seafood patty was over seasoned and spic, especially the shrimp. Back then, the sauces took the Pattie’s to another level, now you need the sauce to be able to fully enjoy the patty. The owner had a great thing going when she first started.

I came here 3 days ago to try the breakfast pate after seeing an Instagram post. I ordered the breakfast and immediate after eating it I felt uncomfortable. I proceeded to vomit anytime I tried to eat or drink anything else for the next 2 days. I had to miss work from being sick. The restaurant also had a weird odor and the staff wasn’t welcoming. I wanted my first experience to be better but unfortunately it wasn’t.

I’ve been to the Pembroke Pines location, several times over the last couple of years, and never really had any issues. This time around, the paté was different.
First, it seems they changed the recipe on their dough. I remember them being flakier, and crunchier. This time around, the crust is softer. Speaking of their dough, the pate used to be a lot larger.
I bought four different pate: Moru, tassot tirki, beef, and salami/cheese.
The morue was way too salty, as if they needed to soak it longer.. The turkey was very well seasoned and had a nice little spice to it. The beef was OK… My daughter really enjoyed it. Islam and cheese was also pretty good, though it could’ve used a little bit more salami, and less cheese.
There katu sauce was quite a bit thicker than I remember it being, but flavors were still the same.
Also purchased their mango passion juice. It was pretty good.
Overall, it’s not as good as it used to be, but was still good.

The pate kode and milkshakes here are really good.
But the service is very slow, no sense of urgency in the employees. Some parts of my order was incorrect, and they were out of limeade. I also wasn’t notified when my order was ready on the app.

The food was good especially the Katu sauce but the order took forever. The app also did not notify me when the order was ready. The employees seemed a bit unorganized and unprofessional. Service was slow

This use to be one of my all time favorite places for pate' but with the constant smell of sewage and the food taste now mimicking the smell, they have lost a customer for good. I'm not sure how they even stay open. Absolutely gross.?

My goodness lately the pates have been salty . $41 down the drain. The owner needs to get it together and she use to respond when we had issues she no longer does that . Today was the last straw and won’t be back .

This was my fav place to go in Hollywood when I lived in Broward. The pate (empanadas) were amazing. We used to order 3-4 time a week through the app. (Uninstalled due to so many pushing notifications)I was back in town last month so decided to get some pates. WOW! What a disappointing experience this time: quality has gone down, employees don’t care much about the business nor customers. The sweet lady on the register that day was frustrated, she didn’t understand well English so, she pointed out the screen for me to confirm the order was correct.

**Long wait for the order, over 30 min for 5 pate.
The dining room smelled disgusting, there’s a strong smell of cigarette, on top Someone moped the floor 30 min before closing leaving the floor soaking wet.

I decided to give them another chance the following week in the afternoon, but it was the same experience. The store Definitely needs some TLC
