There’s no point of doing mobile drive thru order here because they serve people who just pull to order faster so it defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. Management has no idea what they’re doing and some of the employees got a bad attitude. I’ll rather save time and go to the one down red road.

Do not waste your time buying food from this location. The fries have absolutely no taste. They refuse to put any type of salt on the French fries. Management has been complained to and the issue still goes unresolved. Customers want what they are paying for.

12355 Miramar Pkwy, Miramar, FL 33025. My grandson and I had lunch yesterday at the Chick-fil-A located at the above address around 2:30 pm! My grandson had chicken tenders and French fries and I had a Grilled chicken sandwich. Unfortunately we both got very sick of our stomach with heavy stomachache and diarrhea…! My grandson had to miss school today, because he was still sick of his stomach! We eat at Chick-fil-A very often and this is the first time that this happens to us, so all I can think of is that the chicken was bad and I am afraid to eat there again😕!!!

Made me wait for my online order because it was “too soon”. Well, although the estimated time was between 1 to 7 mins, I ended up waiting for 15min, to receive my order cold and uncooked!

My wife got food poisoning… never in my life would I expect that from a Chick-fil-A.
Generally, my experience at Chick-fil-A is second to none. This is a case where the franchise didn’t reflect the quality of the entire corporation.
This franchise in particular needs help. Order throughput is slow. Fries aren’t as fresh as other franchises. Staff isn’t as friendly as other franchises.

Had to wait at the drive up window (the guy at the other end wasn’t very nice just sounded like he wasn’t having a good day. ) and had to wait again made me park in one of the parking spaces, ( never like doing that LOL) when they did bring my food your order was wrong. I asked for ketchup also, had to give her my credit card while they walked away with it. Not good, That didn’t make me feel very comfortable. When they came back with my credit card and my correct mail, they forgot my ketchup. I told the person same guy that took my order with the great attitude and he just shrugged his shoulders so I left, not a very good experience.
