I thought Chick-fil-A never messes up ??? My sandwich state in the order regular not spicy, they gave me spicy. On top of that I submit a complain on the app since it was a mobile drive up order. They gave me a coupon but I still had to pay ????? It wasn’t even expired the coupon states expire date 9/18/25 ????? So make it makes sense.

The Browns

Very disappointed. I eat chick fil a at least 9 times out for the week between breakfast and lunch. This is the worst location. The food is always terrible. I simply ordered the chicken mini biscuits with no chicken only the biscuits and extra honey butter. Plus i waited 5 min at the front window.

There was absolutely no honey butter & it was cold.

Lemonade was bitter.

Coming from someone who use to work for chick fil a when I was younger, this is the slowest CFA I’ve ever been to. Oh and Mobile pick up is even worst in the drive thru. They manager for this branch need to step it up and get their team together. There’s no reason why I should be sitting in the drive thru mobile line for so long.

Chick fil A food here is a tad salty and the service is very slow. The lines are much shorter than at the pines location, but take twice as long. Service is great though. Just no speed.

I don’t usually complain, but my iced coffee wasn’t made to my liking, it was much too dark, and the milk-to-coffee ratio just wasn’t right. It honestly took a lot for me to get out of my car and ask for it to be remade. When I did, it was remade the same way and still not to my satisfaction.

That’s when Ra’Niya stepped in and completely turned the experience around. She offered to make the coffee herself, and it came out perfect. Both she and the manager reassured me that it was no problem at all to remake it and took the time to ask about my preferences. Thanks to them, I now know my perfect iced coffee order, half cold brew, half milk, with two pumps of vanilla.

I was so impressed by the care and kindness Ra’Niya showed that I went back again today, and she delivered the same amazing service. It’s the small things like this that make such a big difference and keep me coming back.

The food is fresh and delicious. It hasn't been sitting under warming lights and has been made fresh. The closest thing to home-cooked meals, but in a fast food environment. Really great tasting food every time.
