One of the worst Chick-Fil-A stores out there. Not a lot of people in the store and I had to wait over 20 minutes for a "fast" food restaurant. Only ordered 2 sandwiches with extra pickles and received no pickles. Staff was slow and not attentive to my request after I asked them for a side of pickles. Waited over 5 minutes for 2 small pickles and food got cold. Worst experience ever at the worst Chick-fil-a.

I generally love Chik-Fil-A... The food is always fresh and consistent, restaurants are always clean and they master that drive-thru line like no one else.However, I had to review this specific location for Jeannie. She is the sweetest thing on this planet. Reminds me of visiting grandma's and having her fuss over making sure you're well fed and happy.Thank you for the warmth Jeannie!

I dont know how i spent $50 on three meals but apparently thats what they charged me and i never received a receipt.I typically trust chick-fil-a and didnt check my order they handed me three bags and i assumed it was all there. The chicken for the meals were missing but fries and sauce were in the bag. I ordered a fruit cup for one meal and it was missing and they didnt put the almonds for the kale salad. SERIOUSLY!! I didn't realize until i got home i called and spoke with a manager and advised me i can come back and see him. He had a blue shirt and gave me his name. When i arrived someone asked if they can help me and i told them i spoke with "the manager" and they said to come in and ask for them because i was missing the chicken in my order. He said well he's still here let me go ask him. He disappeared and never came back. Then another guy i think it said lead on his shirt asked if he could help me and i told him, the guy before you said he went to talk to the manager and never came back. He asked for my name and i gave it to him and the manager i spoke to on the phone never put it in the computer and he just asked what was missing and apologized. Then the manager i spoke with appeared and said ohh i never put it in just give it to her.This is seriously crazy. This is a brand new location and typically chick-fil-a is on point. Not this location. Then the chicken was burnt when i got it. Seriously horrible. This place will tank eventually if they dont get it together.

Slowest Chick-fil-a in Broward . I have been to quite a few and this one consistently disappoints me. Today I made it to the line 10 minutes before breakfast ended and because of their slow moving lines, couldn’t get Breakfast. I have come here several times for lunch break, only to wait in line for 15 -20 minutes and then have to leave with no food because my lunch break was almost finished.
