I had an amazing experience thanks to our waiter, Wes! He provided some of the best service I’ve ever had — friendly, attentive, and professional from start to finish. Our food came out super fast and was piping hot, just the way it should be. Wes made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal. Truly one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. Highly recommend asking for Wes next time you visit!

Order the food for pick up. Came in at the time mentioned in the message. There was nobody at the to go station. I wait for 5 minutes no one comes. I call someone, he comes and talks to the guy in front of me. Goes in brings his food and instead of acknowledging me, just disappears into the kitchen again. I wait for a while but no one comes. I peak inside the kitchen only to be scooted away by another employee. Their demeanor is very unfriendly as if giving me my food was bothering them. I like the food but this service was horrible. Swiss cheese and mushroom burger is always on point. Great fries. My kids loved their burgers as well. Great service. Fair prices. Clean restaurant. Their windows have awnings so you get a great ambiance.
Ribs were fall of the bone, flavourful and a good portion. Got them with the standard fries and mac and cheese, both great too. Friendly service, reasonable prices.

Went today Sunday 1/26 for lunch and the service was horrible.
Noone in the front to seat you, so I went looking for someone after a few minutes of waiting and found them all in kitchen talking. I asked for a table and felt like I was disturbing them.
I got rolled eyes and no verbal response. After like a minute the hostess walked out of kitchen without saying anything and walked to the front. I felt uncomfortable and decided it's best to leave and go somewhere my business is more appreciated. It's a shame such diffent experience from the other times I've been there in the evenings. Also I was with my parents bad experience for them.
