Went today Sunday 1/26 for lunch and the service was horrible.
Noone in the front to seat you, so I went looking for someone after a few minutes of waiting and found them all in kitchen talking. I asked for a table and felt like I was disturbing them.
I got rolled eyes and no verbal response. After like a minute the hostess walked out of kitchen without saying anything and walked to the front. I felt uncomfortable and decided it's best to leave and go somewhere my business is more appreciated. It's a shame such diffent experience from the other times I've been there in the evenings. Also I was with my parents bad experience for them.

First time at this location. Was greeted with a smile. My wife and I sat at the bar to have a drink and the bartender John was very kind and started off the night for us with a smile. Very quickly we were sat and are server Ashley was outstanding. She recommended a pasta with chicken that was great and a chocolate dessert which was one of the best I've ever had. The manager at Gusto came by the table to check up on us which was a very nice touch. Overall great experience. Great food great service and very clean. We will definitely return with pleasure
I visited the Miramar, FL location and had an amazing experience. Our waiter, Jevel, was excellent, and Erica, one of the managers, came to our table to ensure everything was perfect. I had a wonderful conversation with her. Chili’s should be proud to have her on the team. Because of this great experience, we will definitely be back.

Amazing. Caitlyn was my server and she was incredible. Manager Erica was amazing came spoke with us to make sure everything was good and asked if we were part of the chili's reward program and we were not she got us signed up and we received free chips and salsa. Thank you Miramar chili's for making us feel like family

The server Wes was outstanding and remembered us from the last two me. The bartender Ashley was very engaging and gave great recommendations. The manager Justo brought us our food and thanked me s for coming. Justo made us feel very welcomed and special for coming in. It was a great Friday night end of the work week experience! Highly recommended!

I happened to go around 10pm and unfortunately was very upset with the way the host greeted us. She was sighing constantly right after she asked us how many for our party and then with a resting b face decided to walk us to our table and then walk by a while later and sigh again. Don’t get me wrong I love this chillis and constantly go and love the atmosphere and everything but this one time I didn’t feel I was greeted properly. I do understand we all have troubles and problems but we shouldn’t bring those to work and bring it out on customers.
