Place sucks they can’t hear at all lady didn’t give what I asked for and she gave the smallest portions as if it comes out of her paycheck don’t ever go there.

Unlawful Extra Charges and Poor Customer Service – Complaint Regarding Evening Staff on 01/28/2025
I am writing to formally make a complaint regarding an unpleasant experience I had at your location on January 28, 2025. During my visit, I was informed by the evening staff of what I believe to be an unlawful and unprofessional practice that warrants immediate attention.
While ordering, I was told by a staff member that there is a new “rule” in place where customers are charged extra if they request items to be placed on the side rather than inside their bowl. Specifically, I was informed that if I chose to have certain items on the side, I would incur an additional charge. The staff member further clarified that if I simply put those items inside the bowl, no extra charge would apply.
This practice was not clearly communicated on the menu, nor was I informed of such a policy during the ordering process making it feel like a hidden charge meant to mislead customers. Charging extra simply for placing food items on the side is not only unreasonable, but it also feels like a deceptive way of increasing the total cost of a meal without transparency.
I am requesting that this situation be thoroughly investigated. It is concerning that the entire evening shift was aware of this alleged "new rule," and I believe it may be in violation of fair business practices. I would appreciate a response from both the franchise owner and corporate management to ensure that no other customers face similar issues in the future.

This chipotle service is horrible. The servers are rude just throwing the food around very disrespectful. When I attempted to make a complaint with the manager Isaiah he appeared unconcerned. I asked for the server’s name and Isaiah refused to provide her name. The server began to speak to the manager mocking me in a discriminatory way.

Be weary when ordering online!
I have ordered three meals from this Chipotle branch online for delivery in the hopes they will get it right, but it’s becoming clear it’s deliberate. First, the portion of chicken they put on your bowl is laughably small—just eight tiny cubes in the entire bowl. To make matters worse, they drench it in red hot sauce, completely overpowering the dish and making it almost impossible to eat.
What’s frustrating is that the app doesn’t even give you the option to request modifications like “light hot sauce.” If you’re going to charge premium prices for a bowl, at least provide a way for customers to customize their meals to their liking.
For someone who focuses on delivering quality and efficiency in their work, this kind of oversight is unacceptable. Chipotle could benefit from a stronger attention to detail and a better sense of customer service. Until then, I’ll think twice before ordering again.

Went to that location and the manager Emote kept pressuring the employe to give customers less food and charge double I went twice and had a bad experience I don’t think she should treat her employe in that way. At least pull the person to the side.

The lady with the black hair and she’s Hispanic decided to snap and clap her hands at me when she didn’t understand what I was saying I wanted. She barely speaks English which isn’t the problem. Her attitude is.

also the cashier spoke spanish (not a problem) but she just assumed that i also spoke spanish and i was standing there confused until a english speaking man came and replaced her as cashier
