I don’t know what is going on with Chipotle but yesterday sealed the deal for me in not going back. The food had no seasoning, the carne asada tasted like it was warmed in a pot of water and the rice was clumpy and tasteless. The icing on the cake was paying for a guacamole that was as brown as a paper bag.
Epic fail!!!! Save your money and go to Qdoba or Bolay and get some real food!

I've eaten in and ordered from here many times. Lately, the upkeep of the dining area has gone downhill. This week the drink service area was in disarray - the agias frescas were empty, ice overflowing under the beverage dispensers, some of the dispensers were out of syrup, napkins spread everywhere, and the counter area was dirty. The garbage cans next to this area were overflowing with garbage. There was enough staff on deck to handle the lunch rush and have one person tend to clean up. Once the rush died down, no one went to check on the area. This is the kind of lack of attention to important details that leads me to wonder if hygiene protocols are being followed in the kitchen.

My friend literally did not get double protein, and they charged him for it. When we confronted them when checking out the bowl, they refused to open it to check to see how much meat there was, he ended up having to pay for double protein in the end.

The food here is absolutely terrible. I don’t typically opt for chipotle, but if I do end up grabbing some, I end up avoiding this location at all costs. The service here doesn’t even make up for the quality of the food because the workers always make you feel like a burden just trying to get you in and out as quickly as they can with the worst attitude. The management here needs to make some improvements with their team and quality of the food because this is abysmal.
