Exactly how I like my goyslop, overpriced and under portioned (dry chicken). The 11041 Pines Blvd location is worth the extra drive.

When I ordered the young woman in the red hair put the meat in a portion cup which i didn’t mind but she barely filled it half way. Then when i mentioned she kept trying to gaslight me saying that’s the portion and I would need to pay extra for more. I kept asked for a manager and barely anyone spoke english and when he finally came he made her redo it, the portion was night and day. When i asked the manager to confirm he was trying to act like it wasn’t different. The young woman was very rude and the manager wasn’t friendly either.

Terrible service, was met with extreme rudeness, not only do they not originally provide you with the stated protein portions by not providing the stated amount, but when I requested them to serve the portion that is required per chipotle policy, I was met with a terrible customer service from who I assume is the manager. She not only gave attitude, but threw away an entire bowl of food upon a request for proper portion size. I was extremely shocked and disappointed with the service here and could not believe they threw away the entire bowl in what seemed to be an act of anger and frustration.

This will be the last time I ever go to this location ever again. After seeing the reviews for this location, it makes sense why they’re the lowest rated one in my area. The staff were lazy and rude. The place looked disgusting and not stocked up at all. There’s evidence of poor management, especially with the NIGHT CREW, and I am just sick of it. They don’t have any manners or sense of a clear moral compass to treat customers with a greeting instead of blankly staring at someone… before I get tempted to get out character with one of the rude workers here again I will just never spend my money at this location again or allow anyone I care about to waste their money here again. I’ll do better with making my own food at home. Refresh management at this location QUICKLY if these owners want a chance to continue making profit at this location (if they even are)

It's 3:20pm. The restaurant is practically empty. I'm treated like I'm not even there. The dude who appears to the be the manager stands there on his phone. Calls for a lady. She doesn't respond. I loudly say Hellooooo!!! He calls the woman again. This time, she tells me to hold for a min. She proceeds to talk to her coworker. I wait another 3 mins. A worker approaches, puts on his apron (slowly) and begins to service me. I look behind me, there's 3 others waiting now. So it appears as though I only received service after a line was formed. What's going on here? People come here from work, some like myself are clocked for lunch breaks. Note to franchise owner: Get it together.

P.S. Maybe the service would have been better if my hair were straight. Just a wild guess.

No stars. disgusting customer service. i see why everyone leaves bad reviews, its true. fire the whole night crew that worked today, especially the short big lady with long grey hair and cuban chains who didn't even acknowledge me or my friend after we greeted her and just stared at us with disgust and sang the whole time. i dont believe that you should treat a customer so rudely if you hate your job so bad. message for management, this store makes your judgement look bad 🤷🏻‍♀️

Be aware that the will serve small portions, please don't be stingy the girl serving me was using a single cup once while serving the meat...I paid $20 for a bowl, drink and queso sauce.... ridiculous
