the 2 hispanic girl & guy working the front were extremely rude! they refused to make fajita veggies, and it was 8pm and the location closes at 11. they had SO much attitude from the moment we came to order. we just walked out. first time coming here and won’t be coming back.

The attention of the employees is super bad, they do not answer the questions that are asked, they have a bad face and a bad attitude, it is not pleasant to come in here, apart from all the tables outside are super dirty and it was our turn to clean the table and they see that and don't even know They strive to clean, bad experience, shame that's why this place is alone

My 1st visit was ok but the place was dirty. 2nd visit the young boy was rude when I asked about the the rewards he caught an attitude. My 3rd and last time going there the girl looked at me through the window and instead of attending to me she continued her conversation with her co worker...I had to blow my horn and she looked at me while rolling her eyes...when she gave me my food I checked and had no utensils so I blew my horn again she looked at me rolled her eyes again and said something to her coworker before seeing what I needed and I told her she caught an attitude and said it's in the bag I told her it's not she did even apologize instead rolled her eyes again....when i went home and looked at my food i bearlyhad any meet in my food. Sorry but I will no longer spend my money with such rude services, filthy environment, and now short on my food

The food was good but.... Service was very bad. A group of immature young adults talking bad about a customer who was returning a wrong order and laughing about other customers etc........they need to be trained about customer service and behavior management or grow-up.

The employees have no portion control, and when you confront them they don't give you an explanation other than telling you that each employee serves differently. When talking to the manager about this, instead of accepting this mistake he shows an arrogant attitude
