I went yesterday night to buy some bowls with my bf. It was almost closing time, and the 2 associates were super kind. There was a huge line 15 minutes before closing time, and I heard some people behind me complaining about some dirty plates. Listen, there were only 2 people giving their best to give us our orders! I really appreciate their time and patience while giving us the best service possible.

I honestly was happy that they put a chipotle more near me bc another one was getting so bad. Every time i’ve gone here, i’ve always had a great experience service wise and food wise. The food is tasty and never really have to complain. The last few times tho, I’ve run into what i’m guessing is the manager (because she never wears a name tag but is constantly ordering employees around) She is the rudest, most disrespectful person i’ve met that’s a “manager”.
