Llamé a esta bakery en Broward con la intención de hacer un pedido, pero la experiencia fue tan desagradable que no pienso intentarlo de nuevo. La persona que me atendió por teléfono —no sé si era el dueño o alguien con demasiada confianza— fue grosera, acelerada y cero profesional.
Mientras hablaba conmigo, gritaba a empleados, interrumpía para atender a otras personas, y me apuraba para que pidiera algo… sin yo siquiera conocer el menú! No me dio espacio para pensar ni preguntar, y cuando le pregunté por chicharrones, me dijo que *él nunca ha vendido eso*, y que *fuera a pedirlo a la Casa de los Jugos*. Pero lo peor fue que, en medio de su desesperación por despacharme rápido, *me dijo la frase:“no seas tóxica chica”*, algo completamente fuera de lugar, grosero y que deja claro el nivel de trato que se le da al cliente. Así no se habla ni en broma a alguien que simplemente quiere hacer un pedido.
La atención fue tan desordenada y altanera que parecía una cafetería mal llevada en Centro Habana, pero sin el encanto ni el calor humano. Aquí lo que hay es ego, chusmería y cero interés por atender bien al cliente.
Una experiencia para no repetir. El cliente merece respeto, aunque el local esté lleno.

I have eaten twice here. My dad discovered it, and both times the food has been exceptionally delicious. It tastes homemade, better than big chain restaurants. The service is always very welcoming and helpful. I enjoy sitting outside the most. I am looking forward to going back and trying everything else.

I went to Chulis Bakery for breakfast because a friend recommended the place, and I have to say the food is amazing! The pastries are super fresh, and I highly recommend trying the guava and cheese and coconut pastries they were my family’s favorites. The owner, Evelio, is a very kind and attentive person who clearly cares about keeping the place clean and welcoming. The staff is also incredibly friendly. If you're looking for great service and a quality breakfast, you have to come to Chulis Bakery!
Best Latin place to have a great breakfast or lunch. The food is always fresh and made to satisfy your appetite. The owners and the girls are 5 stars all the way. They go the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect 👍🏼
