I wish I could give 0 stars. Jojo was so rude disrespectful and made this entire experience so uncomfortable. When I told him my order he rolled his eyes and sighed and walked away “annoyed” to put the ice cream scoopers he had down while shaking his head . At first, I thought maybe I took it the wrong way so I let it go. I asked him to please put whip cream on my 2 shakes he just made, I told him 3 times, when he handed them to me there was no whip cream and I asked again politely, well he became very upset and annoyed yet again. He was extremely agitated and angry and someone like this should not work with the public because people like Him are the reason you will lose business. Will not go to this location again because this was disgusting and extremely uncomfortable

Ordered on Uber Eats on 1/6, noticed that the texture was off. It tasted as though the ice cream had melted and they allowed it to refreeze. I thought maybe it was a one off, discarded the 2 ice creams. I had my son place the same order on 1/7, hoping whatever happened the day prior would be corrected. NOT! Ice Cream was delivered and same texture as if it had been refrozen. I called to communicate my concern, to be told exactly what I expected, their freezer went down a day before I placed my first order. SHAME ON YOU ALL!!! STOP PLAYING WITH PEOPLE'S HEALTH! WHEN IN DOUBT, THROW IT OUT!! INTEGRITY OVER PROFIT! I'll NEVER order from here again, especially with me being Food Safety Certified and KNOWING this is how their running their operation. BEWARE!

Terrible experience at this Cold Stone. The girl working there was unbelievably rude — no greeting, no smile, just attitude. She acted like helping customers was a chore and made the whole thing super uncomfortable. If you hate your job that much, maybe don’t take it out on customers. Won’t ever come back to this location, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Levi you literally made my day, having the worst cramps of my life and just had someone pass away in my family. The last cold stone I went to in Hollywood some guy made me feel so embarrassed about how weird my order was but you made me embrace it. I really appreciate what you do and how you cared for me while taking my order. Someone give this guy a promotion and raise please omg

First off manager at this location is really nice and helpful. Helped me navigate finding my son’s perfect birthday cake.
Some feedback: I don’t like the pressure tipping question when just grabbing a cake from the freezer. I was asked and then my recipt inspected to see if I did so. Also the keyboard resting by food when cashing out had years of caked on filth definitely time to clean or replace very unhygienic.
