First off manager at this location is really nice and helpful. Helped me navigate finding my son’s perfect birthday cake.
Some feedback: I don’t like the pressure tipping question when just grabbing a cake from the freezer. I was asked and then my recipt inspected to see if I did so. Also the keyboard resting by food when cashing out had years of caked on filth definitely time to clean or replace very unhygienic.

This is one of the most expensive ice cream store in South Florida, their ice creams are honestly excellent, but, I went with my family and there was a staff of about 6 people, we asked for cones or bowls and they told me that there weren't any just because they didn't do it because we know what to do they do at the moment. There are huge queues because I feel that the boys are not organized, a manager is needed in the place
