This is one of the most expensive ice cream store in South Florida, their ice creams are honestly excellent, but, I went with my family and there was a staff of about 6 people, we asked for cones or bowls and they told me that there weren't any just because they didn't do it because we know what to do they do at the moment. There are huge queues because I feel that the boys are not organized, a manager is needed in the place

Really great & positive experience at this Cold Stones location in Miramar. The employees are ALWAYS super friendly & welcoming. Also, they always make sure they get their orders right & add extra toppings if asked. My brother & I have gone to this location several times & never disappointed. Great customer service, great ice cream, great experience!
Nestled in a neighborhood plaza. With parking out front, there's no denying that the ice cream here is absolutely phenomenal! The Oreo Overload is my favorite and go to when I come here and the flavor is so rich and creamy. All the staff is friendly and even when there's a long line it tends to go pretty fast.
