Conch Krawl | Bahamian/Caribbean Restaurant

Came down to Miami to drop off a load and found a wonderful and amazing Caribbean restaurant. Had the conch salad, red snapper with bake macaroni!! It had the most welcoming taste ever!!!! I recommend if you like Caribbean food make your way to Conch Krawl!! The waitress Ms. Julie was very polite and made me felt like I was home with the meal and patience she had with me and my co worker. I'll definitely be back!!!!!

I placed a food order at 6:54 PM, and as of 8:33 PM, the order still had not been prepared. When I initially called to place the order, I was informed that I couldn’t request double mac and cheese, and that rice was unavailable. After waiting over two and a half hours, I was only offered a soda as an apology.

This experience has been extremely disappointing. The lack of communication, long wait time, and poor handling of the situation reflect unacceptable customer service. I hope this matter will be taken seriously and that steps are taken to improve

I appreciate that this restaurant makes everything fresh to order, but the wait times are completely unpredictable. I called ahead to ask how long the food would take and was given an estimate, but after arriving, I ended up waiting well over an hour. Every time I asked for an update, I was given a new time that kept changing, which was frustrating and felt misleading.

If the restaurant offers phone orders, they should be able to provide a more accurate wait time so customers can plan accordingly. Unfortunately, the inconsistent information made the experience disappointing. I hope they improve communication and time management because the food may be good, but the wait isn’t worth the uncertainty.

The food was so good, I have family over in the Bahamas and I know about Bahamian food and this restaurant food was on point my sister sent the name of this restaurant she know I love Bahamian food but I live in Orlando so I can't get food over here like that, I made a special trip just to go there and it was worth it was the closet place for the best food from the Bahamas to me and I will go there everytime am in that area for sure absolutely loved it.

Great food, great people, great customer service, but they never answer their phone for food orders 😞.

Julie is a sweetheart. She took care of us immediately and tended to us like it was her home. We got some conch salad and fritters and were fully satisfied. She made us a fresh conch salad and put us onto some Bahamian drinks!

The food is ok not all that but what upsets me about these people. If this is your business why are you late to open shop. Bad enough they got the wrong times on the door but then they don’t open up on time at all

What has happened to this restaurant?
It is so unreliable openings, menu, and service. 10 years ago I gave them a 5 and now I give them a zero. This is so disheartening. I loved this placed for the fish and conch salad. Now you don't even know when they will be open and when they are the food is not as good anymore! 🤢😡

I went there around 4pm and the open sign was on but they were closed. I traveled from dwntwn Miami to get some conch and it didn't happen.
