Sun it up in one word EXCEPTIONAL. Evelina our server gives you 5 star star treatment. Food AMAZING from start to finish. I posted my full review on their website. I highly recommend this restaurant.
Always great service with Evalina. The avocado toast is still my favorite. My only note for the kitchen is not under cook the bacon when used in the Nutella French toast. It's always cooked to perfect as a side order but not cooked as well when layered in the French toast.
Yummy local Italian spot for great food overall -- from salads & soups to pizza to meatballs & yummy pastas, chicken, veal, meats, fish & seafood. Great drinks, wine & beer too!
Great food! But the servers attention could have been better. Maybe too many tables. Seemed like enough staff.
Our server, Angel, was awesome! Friendly, helpful and always there when we needed something before we knew we needed it! Loved our experience!

Fine, not great! Service was decent, server very enthusiastic - over sold the calamari appetizer as being crispy - it wasn't! Caesar salad dressing tasted out of a bottle. The bolognese entree was enjoyable, served hot, pasta not overly done. Value and quality for price paid wasn't there IMO!

And then just to enjoy the atmosphere. But if we are talking Italian in Miramar Cucina Moderna sets the bar pretty much unattainable. I recommend fettuccine bolognese!!!

This was my first time at Cucina Moderna for my daughter’s birthday and I was impressed by the level of attention and calvare we received by Angel. He went above and beyond and he was on top of everything. He took care of everything with grace. Thank you so much for hiring such great talent
