Ordered pickup arrived half hour after, and the pizza was not even being made yet. While I WAS there, I couldn't even get them TO TELL me if it WAS EVEN IN THE OVEN OR not. It took over 10 minutes to find out it wasn't even started.. They also just let the phone ring because he said he didn't have time to answer it.

WORST establishment to order a meal from! The manager Jennifer is rude and unprofessional. Your food will never leave the store untill over 2 hours and the service is terrible. Shut this place down already!

This place is horrible! I’ve been called more then once now from this place saying that they can’t deliver or something’s happened with the order a while after an order is placed, don’t order from this place!

Absolutely the worst experience ever. Ordered Pizza on Sunday night. The app said quality check for over an hour. When I called a girl who is a manager said that they only have 1 driver and that the pizza was just sitting there because the newly hired GM was sending orders 1 by 1 and not listening. I advised her that I would go and pick up the order. After leaving my house under rainy conditions; my husband arrives and the pizza is not there. The order was picked up and now being delivered. OMG! No call to advise that it was late and then we drive there and it's not there. Was finally delivered 2 hours later and it was cold and rock hard. Called to get a refund and the GM was not there to refund. Called the next day and he was not in so I left another message for a callback. Called again the following day because Mr. Wesley never called me back. I finally got to speak with him and boy now do I understand why his employees are quitting and leaving. This man is rude! He said he could not give me a refund because it wasn't same day. But sir you werent there when I called. He didn't offer any solution and when I asked to speak to his regional manager he said that my problem didn't require someone other than him and he couldn't do anything. He literally told me to charge it back (which cost the merchant money) and wanted to run me off of the phone. I called corporate and am escalating this problem. This store is dirty, run down and the staff is terrible. They never answer the phone. The orders are wrong and the resolutions do not exist there. Such a shame.

Placed an online order for carry out. It was ready for pickup in less than 15 minutes. I was very impressed by how clean and the visibility into the kitchen area of this location. The online ordering was a breeze and I like how it shows the progress of my order in real time. Good job Domino’s. Keep it up!
