Worst Dominoes location I’ve ever come across. Ordered online and it took 2 hours. Received that driver was approaching, then that it was delivered, driver never showed up. Called store was on hold for over 30 minutes no answer. Went physically to the store and they had the worst attitude, asked me for my number and said could not find order, showed them my phone and suddenly they found it, rep said order was delivered again, I have a ring and drove here how was it delivered, they called driver and he claimed he still had it in the car. I asked why did they mark it delivered then, to which they replied the app does that on its own. Had again a horrible attitude asking what did I want to do, did not offer to make order there for me, refund, nothing. So I requested the order be refunded, which hopefully they do.

We wanted to give a second chance to order pizza with delivery service, bad, bad but very bad idea. Again the pizza never arrived. For him, they don't answer the phone to ask what happened. Likewise, claiming a refund to the card online is impossible. We had to go to the business to claim that the order never arrived and now wait to see if they refund the money. We will definitely not buy again. Very bad service.

- Location is very close to my house and they keep taking close to an hour for delivery, the location of the store is less than a 1/4 mile. I can see it from my backyard.- It seems like this location trained the employees to ignore people at the location. They actively ignored and 5 people waiting in live for over 10 mins. Didn't even look up and say "we will be right with you". once they spoke to us they were rude and didn't even try to solve any issues.- Management is lacking, staffing is low compared to the amount of requests and orders that are coming in. Store is severely under staffed at all hours.- Divers always click on "delivered" to make it seem like they did the delivery on time and then arrive with the order way later and with cold pizza.- This last experience was the last, its happened too many times and Im just done.

Terrible Pizza and service!!!First I called about 7 times last night and nobody answered to take my orders. So I drove all the way over to this location to place my order, waited over 30 minutes, and they got the order wrong!The store was already closed or was just not taking calls when I got home. When I called back today the manager was rude to me and hung up on me while I was trying ro find my receipt so she could refund me and she just hung up on me after waiting on hold for 20 minutes to begin with!Never use this Dominos location again!!!

I ordered three pizzas and a soda. The driver arrived with 2 pizzas and a soda. Mistakes happen. He said he would return right away with the missing pizza. One and a half hours later, he did not return with my pizza. I called the store several times and no one answered. I attempted to respond to the app that asks how my delivery was, the app didn't work. My family was still hungry, so I decided to drive to the store to pick up the pizza myself. I spoke to Karla, the store manager and told her what happened. She did not apologize for the situation and she did not offer me a reimbursement for the delivery fee, being that I had to drive to the store to rectify the situation. She was cold and unconcerned. She simply had the staff make me another pizza and they had the nerve to hand me a burnt pizza.
Pizza is always great from this location. Service is fast. Staff is friendly. Pizza is delicious!

The worst pizza I've had in a long time. It looked undercooked and sloppy. The cheese and topping were sliding off. The bottom crust was soggy. I ordered and paid extra for pan pizza and I don't even know what kind of crust I was given but definitely not like any pan I've ever had. Not going back to Domino's any time soon. Big disappointment!

I truly love the feta and spinach cheesy bread and the Philly chs steak the only reason why I am giving them four stars when the phone rings over twenty times and you keep calling finial a woman answers and doesn’t understand English it really upsets me but I finically got through and a young man answered very polite and I got my food !!
