The service at this location is extremely disappointing. It seems like the young man working at the counter hate his job, and the overall organization of the place feels chaotic.
The product availability is also very poor, with several items missing or missplaced. Definitely not the quality you would expect from a Dunkin’ Donuts.

Terrible service. The young man behind the counter had the WORST ATTITUDE. I came in and before I can even ask anything he blurted out, “that’s all we have”. Meaning there were barely any donuts in the early afternoon. I then asked another question and he was annoyed with my presence. How does a donut shop have not have donuts? Had he been polite, I honestly would’ve not cared. But his bad attitude was unacceptable and management should be aware of his behavior. Won’t be returning.

Dunkin is Dunkin, but this branch closes so early. So be aware if you are planning to get a coffee on the evening, it will be closed for sure.

Their website and doors says it closes at 6 but the doors are locked at 545 and the employee is seated on a laptop drinking a dunkin coffee. Must be nice....
Good donuts, tasty coffee and very good staff. Place was clean and staff had my drink made fast. Another positive is that they had skim milk available…several other Dunkin’ don’t have it available in Pembroke Pines.
