I always go to this Dunkin during the week or on Saturdays. Today is my time here on a Sunday! What a disaster! They wouldn’t call out your order and just leave it on top of the counter for people to get. Orders were dispensed wrong and the music couldn’t be any louder!! Come on! Don’t leave inexperience staff without proper supervision.

I visited this Dunkin’ Donuts recently and was really surprised by the way one of the employees was spoken to in front of customers. The staff member was doing their job respectfully, but the manager addressed them in a very harsh and unprofessional tone. As a customer, it was uncomfortable to witness and it reflected poorly on the environment of the business. I believe employees should be treated with respect, especially in front of clients, since it sets the tone for the whole experience. I hope management considers how these interactions come across to customers, because it affects the overall impression of the business.

I have been buying coffee from differents Dunkin’ shops . If I buy coffee from the store, I went back for a refill small coffee that cost me $1.92. The last time I went to the store, employee looked into the screen and found the refill and charged $1.92. Now Denise so called manager refused to offer me the service and told me to call corporate. How come she became a manager and doesn’t even know her own system neither the basic of customer service?

This location charges more than every other single dunkin doughnuts. Very strange. Also when you ask questions they dont speak english. They just shrug their shoulders and walk away. No way to treat customers. Should not be allowed to operate this way.

It’s dunking so the potential of me being back is high but they didn’t acknowledge me for a good 5+ minutes when I was standing at the counter. Barely said a word to me and spoke little to no English. They weren’t very nice at all and the store was not very busy. The coffee and food are hot and good though which saves but maybe need management to come in and remind them to smile a little more.

5 people working on drive thru order. Stood there for about 5 mins without getting acknowledged. I finally ask if anyone’s taking orders in the front. I left , no reason to order all. All I wanted was one coffee.

I ordered online and went through drive-thru. It was ready instantaneously. That was amazing. However, their drive-thru is one single lane, against the building, and I was blocked in because the person in front of me did not get their order. We waited at a stop sign for about 7 minutes. They should tell the person to pull by the front of the store or go into the first parking spot in the parking lot or something.
Also, the person going drive-thru should not have put in a massive order and should have called ahead or placed it online.
Is it a huge deal? Of course not. But thinking you're just running in for a second and waiting 7 minutes in drive-thru made me late for work. They need to figure out a better system for drive-thru.
Also, great job to the staff for getting a massive order together in 6 minutes.
