I’m very disappointed and dissatisfied with my visit today 2/16/25 at this location in Miramar. I spent 30-35 mins waiting in the drive thru, my iced macchiato was very water down and the ice had already melted so my coffee wasn’t even cold. I asked for extra ice on the side and the lady with red hair had a really bad attitude and bad customer service. I asked for extra ice to pour it in my iced macchiato and she said that it was going to be extra cost $0.67 for the extra ice. That’s absolutely ridiculous. I have never seen a place charge for extra ice. Not even Starbucks, McDonald, etc charge to have extra ice.

Aside from waiting in line for 35 mins, my iced coffee was very water down and not cold at all, they wanted to me charge me.
I’ve been coming to this location for 2 years and been a huge Dunkin fan but this will be my last time I even come here. Their location lacks customer service, the lady with red hair which I believe is the manager had a really bad attitude and the quality of coffee had gone bad, I would definitely avoid this location and go to Starbucks. I’m very disappointed that I received such bad service.

I have attached a photo of my macchiato water down, I paid $5.07 for this and it doesn’t even taste good. What a waste.

Hope the service improves and gets better, otherwise they will start losing customers.

I go here almost every morning. Katelyn (spelling) calls me a regular so I guess that's many times. She and her crew make a killer late and their food is good too.

This place has gone downhill. I was asked how to make my drink for a simple caramel mocha ice latte. I was never give the total of my order I was just told to move up. Once I get there I was given my drink the lady said wait puts the credit card machine in my car as i try to tap my credit card she says no snatches my card to insert it in the machine hands me back my card and just walks away no receipt no Thank you come again nothing.

The drive thru was over 10 cars in line,workers were talking and playing with each other, the coffee that we received was totally water down and not up to DUNKIN standars we had to drive around and get down to get a fresh brew but it was the same, employee told us that that's what we get!
So we drive to Mecdonald to get a real coffee after 20 minutes, you lost several customers today, some other drive thru customer fot down to complain.
You need to fix from managment.

Ordered latte with almond milk, but noticed it wasn’t almond milk from the taste. I went back to ask for a refund and was asked to wait. Waited more than 10 minutes with no other customers in sight.
Finally, the cashier was not able to provide me a refund, it seems he was not trained to provide a refund and no one in the store could do it.

Every time I’ve been here, my order has been wrong. Mobile orders are never ready in advance and sometimes are not even started by the time I arrive. Terrible customer service and rude staff.

If I can give zero stars I would today I walked in to a man employee smoking a vape behind the counter next to the food and coffee. Unfortunately for me I had already place my order through the mobile app. Then I ordered extra items that I paid for which was not included in my items.

I’m so disgusted by the employees and quality of food. The service… I shall not even speak on.
Please everyone take your business elsewhere. Whomever is running this location or franchise, I recommend you please check your cameras and do your due diligence of your employees in your work space.

For new customers sake of disappointment please avoid. To include I paid for my food then threw it away. That’s how disgusted I was.

I’ve been a loyal customer of this Dunkin’ Donuts location for the past five years, but unfortunately, I’ve noticed a steady decline in quality. The service has always been friendly and great, but lately, the donuts are often stale, and the iced tea doesn’t taste the way it used to. Additionally, the wait times have become unusually long, which makes visits increasingly frustrating. I truly hope management can address these issues and bring the location back to the standard it once had.

I don’t go to Dunkin’ Donuts very often, but today I was craving a sweet iced drink because it’s been pretty hot. When I came through the drive-through and was getting ready to pay the man who was helping me was very friendly and kind, as soon as he realized the drink was going to take a while, he asked me to pull up to the stop sign to wait for my drink, it still took a little bit of time so he came back out and asked me to relocate in front of the store, when my drink was finally ready, a lady came out with my drink and she was so kind hearted her attitude just made my drink taste even better and made me forget about the time I had to wait. even besides that the drink that they made for me was so perfect. I got a smoothie with mango and strawberry and the sweetness and thickness was actually made to perfection and was absolutely worth the wait I don’t think that’s always been my experience coming to Dunkin’ Donuts so I just want to say thank you to the team that work today September 13, 2024 at 1:30 PM
