In the movie Casino, Joe Pesci talks about a gangster so inept that he could screw up a cup of coffee. Funny joke until I had it happen today at this Dunkin'. All I asked for was a medium cup of coffee with 4 creams and 2 sugars. Instead, I got 1 cream, 2 Splendas, an inch of grounds at the bottom of the cup, and a bad attitude. Well, at least they got the cup size right.

She did her best effort in providing us with good customer service. Her co- worker was not so happy about our order but at the end they did provide us with what we walked in for..

4 stars for the customer service but the ice cream side was weak. No where near 31 flavors. Maybe they had 10 and I only found 3 I liked. Might need to go to a real Baskin or maybe Publix to just buy
