This Dunkin’ donuts is trash, you can never get a good experience here. I come at 8AM, there’s no donuts, I come at 6:30 to pick up an online order, and they already threw away all the donuts. I’m putting one star because I have to, however if I could, I would put no stars. Establish adequate schedules and abide by them so that customers don’t waste their time coming here. Horrible service.

This Dunkin is so damn slow.. it’s like they take one car at a time leaving a big line. Lucky I even gave a star.
I placed an order through Uber Eats and they didn't want to do it, the app sent people to pick it up but they didn't do it because it was half an hour before closing so they chose not to do it, the Uber Eats drivers were going for a long period of time and they couldn't pick up the order because they were already closing

THE WORST!!!! Drive through girl (ISHY) at 10:45AM was eating chicken wings at the window in front of me then wiping her nose & mouth then touching my order with the snot rag!!!! I had asked if she was sick cuz she was wiping her nose and she said "oh no I was just eating." ?????? Employees are not supposed to be eating while working let alone in front of customers especially like nothing is wrong… and especially not wiping their noses without washing hands while handling food!!! Clearly no training in sanitary practices when they can affect people’s health!! She gives me part of the order then I said I would go inside for my cup (defeating the entire drive through purpose) & she gets all kinds of attitude repeatedly asking the other employee really loud "does she have a problem?? She can say it to my face!" Then turns to me as I'm leaving and says "do you have a problem?" How is this happening???? What a gross nasty horrific, non human experience. This looks like a newer location for the nasty way of dealing with everything. . Another visit the manager was on her cell phone at the window & giving me attitude when I tried to explain the order was incorrect. Another time I went 15 minutes before closing and it was a ghost town, completely closed & nobody there!! I'm so disgusted and repulsed by this location that I don't even ever want to go to any location ever. I'll drive the extra distance to Starbucks.

The Hispanic woman that works the drive thru window early in the mornings has an attitude problem. I’ve gone there multiple times and any time I ask for something extra instead of just telling me it’ll be extra and I simply pay the difference, she has to have an attitude about it…

Not sure if he works here anymore, BUT the gay black guy was SO rude and condescending when I asked for something he forgot to put in my order. I didn't get his name, sorry you get paid $9 an hour but that's not my problem, aggot.

I went inside to ask 2 coffe cup covers And the manager who doesn't speak not a lick of english. Tell me I have to pay 63 cand she told me that she was not going to give me the covers that I asked for the service was horrible, the manners of the manager and the staff was terrible. I will never go inside that Dunkin' Donuts again.
