They charge for no ice... 1st time in my life being charged for no ice.... the drive-thru guy said thats how they operate and have been directed by Corporate to do that. Thats foolishness.. All other dunkins never did that.. they're already expensive so that was confirmation to save my lil' coins and Never return to a Dunkin donut ever..

It's always a hit or miss at this location but today is the last time I spend my money here. I normally go to the drive thru but I had to use the restroom. The women bathroom was unaccessible so they had to unlock the men restroom. Also their was no toilet paper or paper towels so how do employees utilize the bathroom???

I think I experienced some racism from the Spanish workers in there and it was soooo obvious, I walked in stood to the counter for about 5min the lady kept looking at me then she finally said one moment but after that she still kep fidling around not helping me and then a Spanish customer walked in she immediately start speaking to the lady in Spanish I think she actually took her order so I said so you don't see me standing here then she actually called another employee from the back to help me something she could've done 10min ago, then lo and behold another black customer walked in she let him wait a little while then told him 1min then a Spanish guy walked in she didn't let him wait one second she immediately started talking to him in Spanish then after that she decided to take the other black gentleman order, I will never go back to that establishment and she let the wrong person experience they racism, they will definitely be getting some unannounced inspections.

Etiquette Queen

The two Hispanic lady's that work early mornings are often rude and it's a frustrating experience trying to order because they don't understand English very well. They need people who are able to take orders in English early in the morning. Please stop wasting customers time repeating the order incorrectly multiple times and then having us wait for long periods and backing up because of Dunkin Donuts time. It's a frustrating customer service experience

This location is the absolute worst. I pull up to the drive thru @6:48pm to place a quick iced coffee. Nothing to major and the person on the other end doesn’t say welcome to dunkin may I take your order or something to that effect. No the person says “what can we do for you”. Mind you with an attitude. By all means I am not looking for you to be all smiles but at least some type of customer service. I politely told her that’s was ok and drove off. And that is why I will spend my dollars at Starbucks.

Worst location it I’ve been to. Had a mobile order and waited in line for over 10 mins before I could even get to the speaker to let them know I was picking up; once there I was told to wait and after 5 minutes I had to leave. Never again. Now I have to dispute the charge to get my money back.

Yesterday, I visited a Dunkin' Donuts for the first time, as I’m a fan of their offerings. I was feeling hungry and decided to stop by a nearby location. Unfortunately, the girl at the counter seemed frustrated—perhaps she was having a bad day—and her attitude came off as rude. After paying, I received the food I ordered for my 4-year-old, and when I asked her for a straw, her expression was quite unwelcoming. I decided to let it go and left the line.

Once I started eating, I found that the food was not well-made. The drink I purchased was lukewarm, and the hash browns were greasy. This experience made me hesitant to return. However, another employee kindly offered to remake my matcha drink. When she brought it to me, I requested a little extra matcha. Samondra, the girl serving me, came over with the same unfriendly demeanor and insisted on giving me a refund instead of fulfilling my request. I told her there was no need for a refund; I just wanted the drink. Despite my response, she was very insistent about giving me my money back.

Since she was so persistent, I asked if she could refund the entire order, but she refused, responding with an unfriendly attitude. I work in customer service myself, and this was my first time feeling the need to file a complaint about someone. I believe it's important for your employees to receive proper training, and it would be beneficial for a manager to be present to supervise staff interactions.

This was my first and likely my last visit. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

As close and convenient as this Dunkin is to me I would never spend money there again. The two Hispanic ladies ( I believe one is a manager) is very rude and don’t have customer service skills. This place has went down since the young African American left.
