Tables were quite dirty and seems to be used as their office. But overall, not a bad location. Only reason why I rated this location to 3 stars is that team member on the cashier seems to be new and still not familiar with all the buttons for every item.

The staff was very helpful and polite and as soon as I walked in they greeted me with happiness and joy. I most definitely recommend this location as a destination place for all your coffee and breakfast and drinks needs and wants. I love the new management.
