In the morning of Wednesday 4/23/2025 there’s this Spanish girl at the cashier and she always give attitude and my food either burnt and my coffee is watered down, I nearly broke a tooth with this bagel. Not sure if she was discriminating because of the way I look but this was very disappointing. Not coming back here again

The doughnuts seem to be a bit hard. 2-3 pandhandlers outside in front of the store and homeless inside the store. It felt like San Francisco. Management needs to do a better job in taking care of this problem.

I visit here almost everyday and noticed during the weekdays my food is perfect and not rushed. Today, on Sunday with no one hardly in the line I get this. My score is overall and not just for today. Why are we rushing and stuffing food in on bag??

I come here once a week through the drive through and everyone I encounter is always so nice and pleasant. Today especially, a young man greeted me at the window. He was very polite and had a very warm, inviting aura. I never have an issue with this location, and the times when I have had wrong or incorrect orders, they are always so quick with rectifying the issue.

I walked into the store. No one acknowledged for several minutes. Once I got someone’s attention they asked me to wait which I’m fine with, but another 5 minutes went by before someone acknowledged and helped me. My iced coffee is missing the syrups and it’s not good. I’ve had better coffee at other Dunkin’s.

The time on google say drive thru opens at 4am. Every morning for the past 4 days, I’ve been going at 5am and they have not been open. Please change the time if it’s incorrect.

It's Dunkin! what else to say. But this location in the afternoon/evenings/nights has always the least variety of donuts. Always out of the most popular ones.
Dietary restrictions: Not recommended for diabetics
At first, there was a worker in the drive-through who was on her phone the entire time having personal conversations (loudly) with someone on the other line. However, she was multitasking by taking orders, filling orders, and processing them while on the phone. Unprofessional but she got it done!
I ordered a number of items, which all came out quick. But the highlight was the coffee. Iced coffee, to be exact!
The employees worked great together and knew how to work independently to execute whole orders. It was great to witness. Tjmhanks Dunkin Staff ☆
Parking: Circle around drive-through to access parking.
Kid-friendliness: Not enough seats inside. I suggest dining out or seated outside on the tables in cooler weather.
Wheelchair accessibility: Handicapped accessible but hard to maneuver while inside due to the architectural layout.
I just wanted one donut before heading to work it is 5 o'clock in the afternoon the lobby is completely empty there is nobody here as soon as I walk in 3 cars pulled up in drive through and you guys took it to people one small Spanish lady in some black guy with glasses y'all took care of 3 customers through drive through before taking care of me I was acknowledged 5 times sorry for the wait be right with you sorry for the way be right with you sorry for the way be right with you 15 minutes went by 3 other customers are taken care of I just stood in the lobby waiting I even managed to download a file for work before you guys could even take my order horrible horrible horrible horrible service anyone that managed to get this far in my reading don't go inside go through drive through drive through is their number one priority they don't give a damn about the law be your number one priority is drive through you guys do not care about the lobby I assure you you put the lobby so far on the back burner in his a no important to take care of anyone standing in line in the lobby drive through customers will get 100 percent more attention and you will get your order 10 times faster than whoever's in the lobby do not go in the lobby do not go in the lobby do not go in the lobby this is a drive through location that is the only thing they care about is the drive through.

I only go here to get treats for the office. Food is ok. Fresh but tends to be dry. Coffee is acceptable but seems to be always not hot enough. Doughnut selection is ok. Service is quick if not overly enthusiastic, but I don't expect or want take enthusiasm from someone pouring me coffee.

They didn't have a sandwich and I should hurry up if I ordered something because they were already closing. In a bad way and they didn't know they closed early, I don't know if it was 6 or earlier. Neither I nor the car behind us bought. If they close at 6 I will delete the comment ?
