I’m a Nurse and I usually head to Dunkin donuts before my night shift for snackin bacon and a large iced tea. Recently I have been receiving my cup 3/4 full and when I asked about It I was told it’s because I ordered it with no ice so they don’t fill up the cup. Are yall serious? Charge me for ice no then but to purposely not fill up my cup seems very passive aggressive. I will be calling corporate because that’s ridiculous. I pay for a large drink I should get a large drink! Whoever manages this store and told their employees to do this sucks! I have gone to other locations and that practice is not being done.

Literally terrible. I’m not one to leave reviews but literally every single time I come here, something is wrong.
I placed a mobile order and they let me know they didn’t have cold foam for my drink, fine, no worries, but you’d expect them to reimburse you for the add-on. They didn’t. I then received my order and the entire thing is just wrong, my drink was completely blended (like a slushy), and they gave me a vanilla donut instead of the Chocolate Glazed i ordered.. not even similar. I understand if you don’t have what I ordered, but it’s your responsibility to ASK what i’d like instead, or give me a refund.
I work in the fast food service myself.. I get that it’s hard, customers are annoying, it feels like you have no control over the business, but bro.. they have never made any effort to even TRY to get orders correct. Idk if it’s a language barrier, I’ve ordered in English and Spanish and received shitty service regardless. it’s annoying. I shouldn’t have to pay nearly $20 for my ENTIRE ORDER TO BE WRONG.

I was the only person in line and they took FORVER. After taking forever they got my whole order wrong even though I repeated my order multiple times. The employees were not nice at all when I asked them to fix my order and talked bad about me through there head set INFRONT of me thinking I couldn’t understand them. This is why I will always choose Starbucks or any other coffee place

Delicious cheap and unhealthy
They need to do better , they never give you what you order, you’re always missing something , I have to drive back to store and they don’t give receipts so now they think you didn’t pay for something.

Drive thru always super fast, and the ladies that work there are so sweet
Imagine you leave on time to work and get to dunkin donuts, the line is super long but you wait anyways to the point now you're running late but you finally get your coffee. When you get to work you take a sip of your coffee and you realize this is SUPER SWEET. You realize there is 2 pumps of sugar added to your coffee and you never requested any sugar at all, are these people trying to kill me. Good thing I'm not allergic to cane sugar but why are these people trying to spike my blood sugar this early in the morning🙄

I am a veteran to Dunkin all over the United States an this is by far is the worst experience I have had....on two separate occasions my latte was never made correctly an today 4.9.25 my croissant sandwiches were not what I ordered...the staff was having technical difficulties an that was the only thing they were focused on ... collecting the money...I'm extremely disappointed as this is how I get my day started an today my day started extremely disappointing.... please help this staff get it together... people depend on them...

The Assistant Manager N. Perez is the worst example of leadership and responsibility. Whoever gave her a leadership position needs to reevaluate their own life choices! She is absolutely HORRIBLE with the WORST attitude imaginable. She has no idea what she did to herself, treating me the way she did. May God have mercy on her. I actually feel sorry for her. She's clueless.
