Most terrible experience I’ve ever had with a “company” . Never delivered the product and scammed us out of $175 dollars . My one year old daughter never got her birthday cake and the owner yelled at my wife and her sister . BUYER BEWARE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! Very rude , when I called to try and resolve the issue she hung up on me and said I will not get my cake or my money . Just unprofessional and I don’t know how they can treat people this way.In response : It is criminal to steal . Give us our money back !

I chose this company because of the reviews and pics; but do not be fooled, this company is a FRAUD ! If you are thinking about it I would advise against it, unless you want your special occasion to be ruined. Kim and I agreed on a scheduled time and date to pick up my daughters cake and dessert erts which was Saturday 05/15. However, Saturday morning (day of pick up) she emailed me requesting to reschedule for Sunday an hour before her birthday party. wanting to be flexible I agreed to the change of time despite the fact it would be a hectic day. Sunday came and I called Kim to let her know my sister would be picking the cake up since I had to set up for the party .Kim stated to have my sister call her 10 mins before she arrived to ensure she was at the race trac gas station. Yes, instead of the storefront address she has in her google page she had us meet her in another location at a gas station (sketchy, but at this point I just wanted my order which I paid in full ($172 ). So my sister called and texted her letting her know she was on the way but did could not get ahold of her. She was ONLY 10 mins late and she tried to reach Kim to let her know ahead of time , but got no response . I then called Kim to see what happened but it went to Vm. Finally Kim called me yelling at me and saying she was not going to give me my order , she had other things to do. I explained that My sister was trying to reach her , but couldn't and I was willing to meet her because I just really wanted the cake for the party. I tried to arrange a later time to meet up with Kim to pick it up and even agreed to a $50 late fee ( which was ridiculous) . but Kim hung up on me . At this point I was livid because I paid and even agreed to the changed time and should at-least be able to pick up my order even if later on in the day.so yes I left a Vm and no it wasn’t a happy one, why would I be happy???????? I still haven’t received ANYTHING . She refused . This is a scam if someone pays you then they should receive product no where in the contract I signed did it say customer relinquishes all rights to paid desserts if they are late. I have the call history, emails and order contract as well as my sisters call history and text ( which shows she was calling and only late) . I will be reporting this to police and credit card company . NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I EXPERIENCED SUCH UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR. And my daughter did not have her cake at her one year party because of this petty lady. You will not get away with scamming and lying to people. I have reached out and still no refund or dessert. we were late , I never denied that and did take accountability...I called you back as soon as I could and tried to schedule another pick up. You failed to provide me with the product i paid for and nowhere in the disclaimer did it say I would not receive my dessert if I was late. I placed a late order for my best friends birthday and the cake is beautiful. I had a few issues with getting to Kimberly, but she was more than patient with waiting for me to pick up. She communicated everything about my order and stayed in touch the entire time. The cake alone speaks for her work and I recommend her to anyone.

I have placed several orders with this company and have always been satisfied from the red velvet cake, to banana pudding shooters, my daughter’s inside out birthday cake. I would put more but don’t want to sound greedy. Ms. Kimberly is professional, courteous and personable. No matter what I order it’s always on point...........!!!!!!!

I was considering this bakery for my impending wedding but after seeing how she conducts business, I will take my money elsewhere. She left my friend, who was celebrating her daughter’s FIRST birthday, without a cake because she claims my friend missed a deadline by 10 minutes. However, this was a new date that this bakery requested. My friend wanted the cake the day before and obliged to accommodate the owner’s request to reschedule. Not only was the timing unreasonable, but the owner cannot remain calm on the phone to discuss the matter. We are not unreasonable people, and they were several people willing to meet her wherever necessary to get the cake and provide the special memories expected. Instead, she has yelled at both my friend and her husband (unprovoked) and has blocked them from contacting her. At this point all they want is their money back. If you are looking for quality service (including professional customer service) please go ANYWHERE else.

If I could rate her zero stars I would!!!! This woman is a THIEF!!! She did not deliver the birthday cake my sister PAID for in FULL! She claimed to have been at the pickup location but I waited for a half an hour and she never showed. I sent her a text message informing her that I was ten minutes away from the meet up location (as she requested). She never responded. When I called her I was sent straight to voicemail. We attempted to contact her SEVERAL times. Not only was she rude but she refused to provide my sister with a refund and then blocked us. This THIEF owes my sister $172 for a cake that was NEVER received!!!
