Local pickup counter for tasty Jamaican patties, fresh baked breads and treats. I like the classic beef patty with coco bread, sometimes I get the beef & cheese. It’s worth the flaky mess. Carrot cake is nice too.

This place is one of my definitive stops when visiting South FL. I tried the fish patty this time and the flavor was mind blowing.

I was so excited then immediately disappointed all at once I wa excited about the additional bakery location I'm Miramar to get some of the best Jamaican patties ever! Let's just say all locations are not equal. I was shock to discover the usually piping hot patty sight warm borderline cold and limited selection. For me this is the 1st and last time I will come to this location for the convenience of living nearby. However the Jamaican patties are worth the drive to the location on NW 193rd NW 1st Place. Warning- Be ready for flaky goodness all over your car!

I thought Hammond's on 183rd and 27th Ave had the best patties. Those patties are even better than patties I've had in Jamaica. However I finally tried taste rite and that was the best spicy beef patty I've ever had in my life! Alot of reviews on here are not from actually Jamaicans. So as an actual Jamaican 🇯🇲 I stamp taste rite as the best patty I've ever had whether in the states or Jamaica. I've been to both Toronto and London (other places with significant Jamaican populations so I gotta try their patties to see who is the best. But right now I give it to 1. Taste rite 2. Hammonds. Hammonds patties and cocoa bread are larger but taste rite has better seasoning and the cocoa bread is softer and baked to perfection! 👌🏽

Every experience was a good one. It was well worth the weight. My problem is you guys moved from 183rd St. I always go that was not only problem. No one got to search for you and find you all over again.

Best patties I have tried so far in south Florida, super crispy and flaky exterior, delicious filling.
