We love coming here! Cisco the manager always greets us & makes sure our group whether big or small feels catered to. I wanted to share a review for him as a thank you for his kindness always. Our waiter James is also great with hospitality. Gave me great suggestions when asked recommendations, even though I think we always go with the same delicious options! You guys are so great thanks!! (My 9 year old would like to add that this place “slays”)
This Flanigan’s location is incredibly packed but I always choose to go there because the service is fantastic. I ordered to-go on the website and my food was ready 5 mins earlier than the estimate. When I arrived, the parking lot was totally packed; I eventually got the only open spot in the plaza, which was all the way at the other end, but again, I expect this crowd from Flanny’s on a Friday night.
