We ordered spicy wings and received regular wings, there was not enough ketchup for the fries. The food cost 50 dollars including delivery which took over an hour AND they only took cash. The taste of the wings were not good, they were dry and small. The wrong drink was given and the “mozzarella sticks” were fried cottage cheese like texture. The chicken salad had 4 strips of chicken and an unknown sauce was given. Please don’t waste your money.

This place has to be the worst place to ever order food from. They never have repeat customers because the food is so bad you'll get sick eating it, the people working there are so poor and desperate that they would rather con unsuspecting tourists into eating rotten food rather than make a decent meal. Which is why the owner makes his money by shoving the menus under motel doors in the hopes that no one reads the reviews. The owner is going through several lawsuits because of complaints about the staff, food, hygiene, and improper practices. Do yourself a favor. NEVER EVER ORDER FOOD FROM HERE. Or deal with anyone who works there.Kid-friendliness: They are not kid friendly at all. They are rude, unprofessional, unclean and only interested in making money no matter who it hurts. They would probably sell you their own kids for a buck.

The food is absolutely Disgusting ???? .We ordered at the hotel after seeing several flyers slid under our door.was told wait time was 1 hour. We made sandwiches ? in the room because two hours had passed. Just like in another review the delivery driver arrived after 2hours . Not to mention that prior I was waiting downstairs and saw the driver arrive with food but it was not our order. To make a long story short. The fries were soggy , the chicken wings were disgusting. I ordered all flats which was important and I didn’t receive that ! The wing were tiny and under cooked and soggy as well !!! I made the mistake of not checking the reviews which is something I practice . I wish I would have ! If you stay at the Comfort in Suites at Miami Airport North, please don’t order from this place. You may as well throw your money out the window.

This place is horrible. If I could give this place is zero, I would. I would never order from this place again. Our order was not even right and then when we got it, it looked like the pizza was burning so they just took the pizza cutter and cut off and threw it in the box. OK so my daughter ordered the spaghetti with mushrooms and the mushrooms aren’t even cooked and it looks like it’s just Pile of noodles with a little bit of sauce on them and then it was just stuck in this foil package and it was reheated just in the oven. It doesn’t even look edible and then my husband ordered the chicken wings and somehow they look like they’re not even in Chicken so do yourself a favor and order somewhere else horrible, horrible, horrible. That is why they take cash only they don’t take credit card payments. Run far away from this place. (I used the voice record, didn’t edit it because I’m so mad!!!)

We (family of 4) received the flyer at our hotel room, and we were tired and hungry. The menu options were great-something for everyone. Pizza, chicken, sandwiches, and all sorts of sides. And very affordable. We called to order. Very pleasant gentleman said they only take cash, which was fine. I gave our order and he said it would take an hour. Seemed reasonable.Then, I checked out the reviews. ? Was instantly searching for a back-up option! But…A gentleman arrived in an hour (we ordered at 6 pm; he arrived a few minutes after 7 pm), and our (large) order was exactly right. All of the food was delicious and fresh. The tomatoes on the sandwiches were especially good. The pizza was a huge win for our kids. The edges of cheese were burned, but it is how all delivery pizzas are. Nothing unusual. The chicken, rice/beans, and plantains were also good. I wouldn’t order the fries again, because the delivery time likely made them soggy. I hadn’t thought about how fries don’t do as well with a long transport. The cans of soda were ice cold. The total cost was a little less than $10/person, and we all ate well.We’ll definitely order Franco’s again the next time we’re in Miami.Kid-friendliness: Vast menu. Something for everyone.

Stay FAR AWAY from this place!!!!!! Ordered their "special" for $15.95 but was charged $25 after waiting 2 hours for delivery when we were told it would be 40 min. We called to cancel the order but 30 seconds later they showed up. Wings had NO sauce on them and the pizza tasted absolutely disgusting. Took one bite and threw the whole pizza away! The smell and taste of the pizza screams food poisoning!!!!!!!!! Save your money and order elsewhere!!!!!!!

We ordered the food.We waited 1 hour and 10 minutes the 16inch pizza was terrible the base was burnt 17 dollars for it not worth it at all.Spagehetti was terrible probably it was ready to microwave.Burger was Terrible the buns hard meat alright the cheese was disgusting and the French fries were awful.Atleast the coca cola was good.We paid 50 dollars for it I would rate it a minus 10 out of 10 the worst food I have ever eaten.they said the delivery is 3 dollars at the end it was 12 dollars.I highly don't recommend it.

They took over an hour to deliver my food and the whole order was wrong. They charged a $5 delivery fee that was not on the menu or even discussed during the ordering process. Then the rude woman on the phone was very disrespectful. If I could rank no stars I would.

Honestly wish I could give it a zero. First, it took over an hour for our food to come. Then, our order was completely wrong. When I called back, they promised to bring the correct order. Another hour and 20 minutes later and our food never showed up. When I tried to call back, they stopped answering the phone. We tried to eat what was delivered, since it was now almost 1:30am and could not get anything else, but the food was so gross. Honestly, not sure how the place is still in business.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. We ordered after getting to hotel and seen the flyer under our door. When I called the first thing that was said before I could speak a word was we’re only taking cash, then was put on hold. After about 5 minutes on hold the lady answered the phone was very rude, and I tried ordering several items and same reply we don’t have that. After 3-4 attempts finally found something they had, but was interrupted several times while trying to give my order to be put on hold again. I was told delivery would take a hour and a half, which I told her was ok. After two hours had passed I called back to check on order to be told it would be there in just a couple minutes. Well 30 minutes later they show up with my order which was missing 1 of the 3 sandwiches and a two liter coke. The delivery guy became very rude when I told him the order was wrong, he then called the lady that had taken my order and put her on speaker and she went on to tell me that I didn’t order 3 sandwiches or 2 2 liter cokes. I told them they could take the order back because it ended up taking almost 3 hours for delivery and then didn’t have the food to feed my family. When I told her that she became even more rude and said they wasn’t taking the food back and that I had to pay for it, the guy delivering pushed the food back at me when I handed it to him and became very loud and argumentative. He continued to stand there and wasn’t leaving so I ended up having to shut my hotel room door. Anyone looking for food needs to read all the reviews on this place, they don’t need to be in business at all. Horrible service, horrible delivery times, horrible leadership. Do yourself a favor and don’t order from this place.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO REGRET IT. We got a flyer under our hotel door, so we were hungry and ordered a pizza. The lady was rude on the phone and said they only take cash, we said never mind then and she decided she would take the credit card. We got our pizza fairly fast. About 45 mins. The pizza was actually not bad and my wife liked the wings. She ordered a flan and it was a store bought little flan cup like a child would get in a school lunch. I think they are making the pizzas out of their house because there is no address on the flyer and I can't locate any current info about the business on the internet. Our experience wasn't bad except for the rude lady order taker but I just don't trust them, I get an iffy feeling about their business. And the pizza is not New York style.

terrible awful bad quality !the cheese was on one side and not the other as if it were tipped on its side and my soda was hot .do not ever buy from here ! I dont know how they stay in business with the quality they have.

The woman in the phone called me "stupid b***** after i called because my order wasn't what i wanted. The food was nasty anyways, they took too long even when i'm near to the "restaurant". The Spaghetti was overcooked, do not order here, the food is bad and the attention is ever worst.

Like every other review. Prices where higher then advertised the pizza is like a frozen pizza that’s messed up. Wings are tiny and hard. Cheese cake seems to be Sara Lee. Horrible never again. Worst experience in Florida ever.

Pizza was burnt On the bottom and it tasted bland my garlic knots never came and I’ve called 7 times and they always lie about bringing them the pizza delivery guy lied and said I got my knots and I waited 4 hours for them to bring it and it’s still not deliver don’t waste your time!
