The food is horrible now. I’m so glad I purchased the lunch specials. Chicken little pieces thighs they cut in half. I don’t know what kind of batter. Rice is truly not peas and rice. I don’t know what you call this. Plantains mushy. What a waste of $7.00.

I asked the cashier had they changed management? He concluded to say yes there is a new chef. He’s improving. Well food industry is not where you practice. Especially with the name Golden Krust you represent the company. It’s no wonder the place is always empty.

extremely slow service. During peak hours you’d expect more people working but that’s not the case. This has caused customers to walk out. Not an efficient at all. Also sign posted says one thing but it is rung up as another.

the help and service I received was definitely about average. Thank you for all the employees who made my experience memorable

Bought a large oxtail for $25 and it had no flavor or seasoning.They gave me small pieces of meat. Very bland. Will never go there again… horrible. So disappointed.

That is sad. We have been waiting for them to finally open. It's in our neighborhood. After reading the reviews, we are not going to bother to eat here :-( Too many 1-star reviews.

I was really excited to see that Golden Krust had finally opened in my area! I stopped by hoping to get the chicken soup, but since it was Saturday, they only had the goat soup. I decided to give it a try and ordered a small.

The broth was absolutely delicious—rich, flavorful, and comforting. However, I was disappointed that there was no goat meat in the soup at all. For $7.48, I expected more than just broth, so it didn’t feel like a great value.

To be fair, I came in close to closing time, so I’m hoping that’s why the soup was missing meat. I’ve always loved Golden Krust, and I’ll definitely be going back. Next time, I’ll just make sure to check my order before leaving.

Been satisfied with everything up until today very Unhappy with kaidan who was working this morning I'm a customer that comes everyday and spend money she allows some one who comes in after me to skip me and take the last of what I wanted to ordered very unmannerable extremely pissed the hell off

I am so disappointed. Prices are high the give hardly no food. I purchased jerk pork for $16 and received 4 pieces of pork 1 was a bone. They are rip offs. I will never go back again. To owners give the people there money worth. I was ripped off.

Stingy on the oxtail portion and the oxtail gravy was extremely watery.

I'm sure that most will agree, when going to a Jamaican fast food place, the quality and service is very inconsistent, either they have lousy attitudes, poor food portions/quality, or they've run out of your favorite item because they never make enough backup.

I've been at this location a couple of times now, and today I couldn't help but notice when I walked in, that the lady that normally makes my food gave me a very sour face when I said hi, and she whispered something to the other lady who immediately looked up at me with a sour face, making it obvious she just said something negative about me.

The second lady made my oxtail meal, but this time I noticed I was receiving less oxtails than usual, and when I asked her if I could have some more, she told me that was all she could give me.

If I'm spending almost $29 for an oxtail meal, (One of the highest prices you will find anywhere ), I expect to be given $29 worth of oxtails, regardless of if the Cashier doesn't like me because I didn't leave her a tip last time, for the 2 minutes she took doing her job by putting my food in a styrofoam container.

When I go out to a real restaurant, I tip 22% or more for the great service I'm given. No one tips when they go to McDonald's, so I don't know where this entitlement of a tip has come from all of a sudden from fast food workers, it's disgusting.

The rice was undercooked and the stew chicken had more bones than anything. The oxtail was very salty and tough.

Worthless set of staff this morning. Walked in got no greeting said good morning to the man just stood continue put together a box. I stood there for about 5 mins before I said excuse me then he said someone will come soon went to the back for a few minutes then came out and nothing I stood there for another five minutes. Not a word so I just walked out.

I think it is ridiculous that a place that is primarily known for patties never has the patty you want when you go there. If they said we ran out of jerk chicken or oxtail, I could understand, but patties before 12pm!!  You are horrible. Today was my last time supporting you.
