Went in and there was nobody inside… no one!!! The server told us to take a menu and sit down. We did and waited 20 minutes but she never came to the table!!! Meanwhile she was having a personal conversation with her coworker. After 30 minutes and not even being acknowledged me and my wife decided to leave. This is unacceptable and the young women shouldn’t ever be serving anyone anything. At the time I am writing this it its 11/30/25 at 12:00 am. If nothing is done this will be my last time at IHOP!!!

Worst experience ever. Last night they were very unprofessional. Girl with purple hair was the server horrible service. Charged us for food we never got or eat. Chef look like hasn’t had bath in forever. Waited over an hour. Everything was horrible. I live next I am always there . Refuse to ever go back. Horrific treatment all the way around. Chef slow back and can’t handle 4 tables to served. Everyone needs to be trained.

Love the place ,, very warm atmosphere . How ever this time I had a bad experience with the silverware, it wasn’t washed properly , so I end up asking for disposable silverware. I felt more confident .
