We ordered 3 entrees, fish was way TOO salty and the fry chicken was burnt. Escovitch fish was salty, vinegar juice was all over everything including my steamed cabbage. The Brown Stew fish also had vinegar on it even though it shouldn’t have. This was the first and last time for us for this order. The delivery driver arrived on time and was waiting over 30 mins to pick up the food. Customer service prior on the phone was ok but I will never eat from here again. Try somewhere else guys, this food place ain’t it!

The service at this place is the worst I have EVER experience. They should be ashamed of the people they hire at their company. It’s truly making yall look BAD. Especially the people who work in the front. It’s horrible!!! The service alone makes you never want to order from this place again. I called their phone 6x today and got hung up on twice. They picked up the phone and just hung up. I have worked in customer service all my life and this is by far the WORST. They mess up the Uber orders I don’t know how this company is still open!!! The worst. This place deserves to be shut down or they should hire and entire new staff!!!

If you crave some Jamaican food, Island tings is the spot. It’s local to south fl and stay true to its roots. The food is always good. The jerk salmon is, hands down, one of the best thing on the menu next to the oxtails. Margo always provide good customer service. I cant recommend them enough.

Customer service was bad, cashier doesn't even know what she's doing. I saw like 20 small flies on top of onion also in the salad bar. Flavor was very blend. I wouldn't go back there again nor recommend to someone.

I go in for the first time to this place and asked about the salmon that I see displayed in the picture & the price was listed at $22.00 and then I asked about the pricing the employee says it is $26.00 & I replied the price says $22.00 so she gives me this long look as says the the old menu price ??♂️. False advertising and bad attitude. It’s not a good experience for first time customers. Do better.
