Perhaps my favorite place. The staff is always friendly. Kenneth knows my order by heart so it always feel like a personal welcome as they make my food and I've never had a bad experience. 10/10 staff

Should be 0 stars. Waited 25 mins before I got up and asked if I could place an order. Was told to have a seat we’ll be with you. Waited another 10 minutes and no one took my order. 3 girls just talking and not taking orders. Watched 4 other people leave and take their business elsewhere. It’s as if the 3 workers were happy people were leaving. In person orders should come before togo orders and uber eats. Won’t be going back again. Mike would be real proud of this location. Also to the owner no need to respond to this with an AI automatic response, just hire new people who want to work.

This locations is the best. I have been to other locations and services was good but the sandwich you can't compare to this locations. All their employees are wonderful and work hard to take care of their customers .I have chicken Philly and the grill is always clean

If I could I would give 0 stars .
Horrible service the 3 girls just nit stopping talking like nothing eals to do beside serving clients .
I asked no bacon in my sandwich but got at in , no biggie but when came back and make a comment she open the sandwich and removed the bacon.
So I told her im allergic and she gave nasty attitude.
Definitely horrible experience took me 40 minutes to get out with the right sandwich will not come back here ever again

Horrible. I came in and was told it would be 30 mins for a dam hot sub cause they have orders ahead of me. Like what!? Girls had an attitude and show no care to service me. So I left. I’m not waiting half an hour for a sub!!! That crazy! This location needs an update with staff. Sucks cause this was my first time in this establishment and wanted to try their subs. First impression was 0 out of 10. I wouldn’t give it a star if I could. Won’t be back even if they gave me a sandwich for free!

Love your sandwiches and for me a most have at least once a week most of the time I just order when I get there but yesterday I call ahead around 7:00 to have a #17 ready to go in 10 minutes usually that’s how they take to have it ready I arrived 7 minutes later there’s no one else in the store I asked for my order and was told they working on it …. I look at the grill and it looks like its seen no action in a while so I respectfully told the staff to cancel because I was on the clock that’s why I called ahead of time… if the ordering over the phone policy has changed or they want to charge in front for phone order I completely understand but when people order for pick up they might have the time accounted for and not afford to wait at arrival to see them start getting your order ready by then is too late 😌

I don’t know what the D to the famous 16 I got it last night and I ate it. That’s the only thing I had right now let you know since like four in the morning my stomach still hurting so bad right now it is like seven almost 7:45 o’clock in the morning and my stomach still hurting so bad. I don’t know what you did. I ordered that before and it was fine who was making that the sub it was a new guy or I don’t know who was it I don’t know what he put but I got a stomachache. I don’t know what people say but I don’t recommend that because this is the first time and I don’t recommend nobody to go over there if you don’t wanna have his stomach hate for the whole night Barely hurts and everything hurts.
