I ordered three subs, but unfortunately, the bread on the cold sandwiches was rock-hard, which was very disappointing. Came here last Friday for the first time since COVID, Reggie was awesome my sandwich was so good, I decided to come back today and was pleasant surprised to see him working again, since I knew I would be taking another great sandwich back to work. P. S. The lady that took my order and rang my up last week was very nice too! Thank you!

The Jersey Mike's store number 13113. 2945 SW. 160 Avenue in Miramar. First and foremost we were greeted by Ms.Ashley , she was extremely polite and sencere, she was very patient and efficient. She made two of the best Philly cheese Steaks , and she did everything with a smile. With the help of her teammates Ms.Emma and Mr.Reggie , everyone did a great job and were very polite. Tru professional all the way. We plan to come back soon. Please don't change anything about the store .

Hey just wanna start off saying I usually never leave reviews but this experience was incredible, on Friday the day after 4th of July I went to get a sub and was greeted by a terrific worker, he had great customer service, great speed, and made me feel very comfortable being there! I didn’t catch his name but I did ask him his position he said he was the assistant manager, just wanted to stop by and say that thanks for the great service and great sub!

I went to buy a sub tonight, was taken care of by an awesome employee named, Johnessa. She was pleasant, patient, and took pride in her work. She changed her gloves when necessary to prevent cross-contamiantion. Amazing employee.

Black flys were all over the bread, tomatoes, lettuce, onions etc. Even all over the counter. Disgusting! When confronted the Employee said, what what’s wrong. I asked him what do you think all those black things were over all the ingredients. His response was Nothing I can do about it and waved his hand over them so they go away. All the flys did was land somewhere else. They should be shut down.

This isnt worth a peny for how expensive the subs are. This is the one of the worst food places a ever been. Not a good customer service. Employees work with attitude. Dirty store, all the tables were dirty with rest of food, disgusting beverages dispenser, not even talk about restroom. NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE!! Employees are the worst part.

I ordered lunch on the app today for delivery. Deliveries are done by DoorDash for Jersey Mike’s. I received a message that my order was delivered (it was not). I contacted the store and Rafael (General Manager) offered to deliver my order himself and he did! This is what I call GREAT customer service! Thank you Rafael!!
