Message for management, went there to pick up delivery for a customer from Uber tonight 03/26 and staff didn't properly secure the delivery also order got couple drinks and they didn't even have carry out, they wanted me to take drinks without carry out, told them to put them in a bag to carry out the drinks, how suppose I take two drinks plus the order without carry out for a delivery? they refuse to do so, I have to call customer and report it to Uber, this lead to order cancelation due to unprofessional staff that didn't want to work, plus the cashier when I arrived was standing sleeping. You can do better Jimmy John's.

The owner, Kelly, literally tells his staff to put back whatever ingredients a sandwich had back into the line if it was not picked up or delivered. They don't care about people's health or people's satisfaction it's all about saving pennies wherever they can. Absolutely disgusting environment, never fully clean, wouldn't eat here if you payed me

This is only one star because that the lowest it goes... Absolutely terrible experience with this Jimmy Johns, and Jimmy Johns is usually one of my favorite place to eat. Two delivery drivers that apparently can't use google maps to follow an address or a pin, and they even had a chance to make the sandwich in person when I went up there to get it because the driver couldn't find the building for an hour and a half. But then they told me the new driver just left and they will be able to find it...??? They should have just remade the sandwich when i was standing there instead of playing this stupid game. And the fact that you don't have your uber drivers phone number when they are delivering for you is idiotic at best. Unbelievably poor customer service. I wil be following up for a refund with either corporate or area manager in the morning because they still haven't refunded it to my card!!!

Upon walking into the location on last Wednesday, the place was busy ! I was wondering if I would be able to make out in time so I wouldn’t go over my break. Rest assured, I was greeted when entering the door. All smiles even though it was busy. My sandwich was made quickly and efficiently. Thanks to the entire team for making this a memorable experience for me. It was just one of days where I felt that I wouldn’t make it on time and because of that I ate my sandwich on the way out the door. Keep up the great work !

I came not to long ago to grab lunch for my coworkers and I, and they were the best sandwiches ever :) plus the guys there were very sweet and fast even though it was busy <3
Came in to eat with my family. I ordered an 8” sandwich for my kids who wanted to share a Turkey Tom. I asked the cashier if I could have the sandwich split in half and have one half with no lettuce and tomato. He was ok with it. Once he passed the order to the girl with the nose ring, glasses and tattoo on her neck, she looked UPSET. I started acting confused and annoyed. I asked her if everything was ok. She then replied: “We’re not supposed to do that”. I was baffled by her comment. So you want me to force my kid to eat the extra ingredients just because…? At some point, she was making a new tuna mix and she would hit the machine soooo hard that it made loud noises. We told the guy about it but he was sorry and walked away. Honestly, he looked terrified of her too. When we requested a corporate email or contact of where we could send a complaint, he told us that he didn’t want to give out that number because “the guy” gets too many calls? Such nonsense. Some of us canceled our orders. This hostile energy is such a turn-off. Don’t away from you’re looking for good customer service. We usually love Jimmy John’s but I guess we have to stick to our usual locations.

Amazing Service!!I would just like to say that i walked in yesterday and had the best experience I’ve ever had at a Jimmy Johns. The staff was so warm and inviting. The food was fresh and the bread was super soft and delicious. I would also like to point out that they were EXTREMELY busy(there was a line out the door) and every customer was treated like they were so happy for them to come in. There’s this one guy(I wish I knew his name) that was at the beginning of the assembly line with the sweetest southern accent and he made sure that myself and my coworkers were taken care of all and he did it all so quick! I’ll definitely be returning! Thanks for the awesomeness!

What a toxic environment. The staff at this location is the worst I’ve seen. There’s literally a girl that works here that is hostile to customers. She clearly hates her job and the other men that work here seem to be terrified of her. Terrible customer experience! A restaurant of any sort is only as good as the people that work there. I love jimmy John’s but take your stomach and your money somewhere else where you don’t have to deal with someone’s bad day.
