This was one of the unprofessional restaurants i have ever been I drove up in the driveway and ordered a 8pc mix chicken with two large side I asked the cashier if I can mix the chicken she said no so i said ok then no problem I paid $32.50 for the meal i left got all the way home and i had dry chicken that wasn’t the right temperature for the chicken so i went back to correct the chicken THEY Didn’t replace the the chicken with fresh they took three pieces out and gave me the same chicken we didn’t eat it i threw it away this is was very horrible experience that’s needs to be fix

I’ve been to this kfc/Taco Bell many times because it’s nearby my house. Every time they manage to mess up my order to always seem to be rude while taking my order at the drive thru.

I place an order for pick up and at 9:30pm the door is closed, their service is horrible and it is not the first time I have ordered and something different always happens in terms of the service of the staff ?
If they close at 12 and you place an order with Uber delivery, and the drivers arrive at 11:30 you eat, they may say it's closed, and the order is not ready, so it's supposed to be fast food, but they don't respect it. At 11pm they practically do not attend and in the process they debit your money and cancel and the money remains stagnant for 7 days because of their poor service. Simply the worst and it is not the first time they have done it.

I am not sure why this location has such bad reviews. While I don't come here a whole lot, my food is always nice and hot and the staff is always nice. Maybe I just come on good days. Lol.My only grip is that their wings could be fried a little harder. The first time I had the hot n' spicy from KFC was in Europe back in July; in Geneve specifically. So just recently was my first time having them here in the states and I have to say Europe cooked them better. The batter and skin of the wings I received here weren't an as crispy wing. However, I have had their nuggets and they were delicious. Needless to say I will be back but may not necessarily try the wings again or maybe I can ask for them to be fried hard.
