I went to this KFC on March 11, 2024 at 11:30pm. I had a coupon and I was told I can't use it rudely. I then ordered a 3PC combo but got charged for a 4PC combo. I asked to change the order to what I asked for and I was told NO while she rudely refused to change what I asked for. The Customer Service is beyond terrible. I won't ever go there while that staff member is there.

Had the spicy chicken wings and it is spicy, but good. I'm not a fan of KFC the quality of the food has declined so the wings was the only thing I used to enjoy. I hope it's here to stay.

“Sloverpriced”This isn’t a review of the food taste/quality.The drive thru wait time was somewhere between 10-15 minutes. If not for the glow of a half dozen sets of brake lights idling in the parking lot, one would believe that the restaurant was closed. Thankfully the lights and menu board lit up seconds before I approached the speaker to place my order. Face-to-face service was friendly.
Tried the Mac n cheese bowl as a meal combo. I didn't realize it had hot sauce so it was lucky I was able to eat it. I got the fries as a side. I loved the fries, the Mac n cheese and the chicken. Next time I will ask for no hot sauce and see how it is.

So I've been to this location a couple of times before I did a review because I'm all about giving chances, but now I will never go back. Every single time I order from here, I have to take my food back in because of them serving old food, and they're always upset like it's my fault the food is unedible, but lesson learned.
