I saw the sign outside and wanted to give it a try. I was so impressed with their food. As a chef I was happy the way they cooked their chicken and Turkey. It have that real lakay seasoning and my wife loved the Turkey. This will be my new spot every time I want Haitian food. Food was bussin ?.

A Caribbean gem with great customer service! My husband and I like to try new restaurants and food. Today we made our way to KOLO, surprisingly it's been in business 2 years but new to us! The owner renovated it and made it quaint and cozy.We ordered the Chicken Fritay platter with a side of diri jonjon kole (black rice and pigeon peas). All of the fried items were FRESH, HOT and FILLED with Spices. I would've loved some of that spice in the chicken. But overall a TEN!You can host an event there as well.No worries, we don't know them personally. Just an honest review!

If you are looking for the best authentic and flavorful Haitian food in Broward County, look no further! I recently tried the most amazing Fritay from a restaurant, and the experience was nothing short of fantastic. The ordering process was a breeze, and the food exceeded all expectations. The flavors of the Fritay were incredibly authentic; every bite took me back to Haiti. The use of traditional spices and fresh ingredients was evident in every dish. The restaurant truly captures the essence of Haitian cuisine, creating a memorable dining experience. From the moment I placed my order, the customer service was exceptional. The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring that my order was prepared with utmost care. The food arrived promptly and was presented beautifully. The Fritay itself was a symphony of flavors. The perfectly fried meats and vegetables were tender and packed with delicious seasonings. Each element of the meal complemented the others, creating a harmonious blend of taste and texture. It is evident that the restaurant takes pride in delivering a truly authentic Haitian culinary experience. The attention to detail in every aspect, from the ordering process to the incredible flavors, sets it apart from other establishments.I highly recommend visiting this restaurant if you are in Broward County and craving the best Haitian Fritay. Prepare to be transported to the streets of Haiti with every mouthwatering bite.
