We had the boulette and djon djon rice and it was DELICIOUS. Not a crumb left on the plate. Can’t wait to order again 🤤

This was the worst experience ever. I called to order boulette (haitian meatball). I was instructed to order it online and I did just that. I arrived the lady upfront greeted me and was very nice. Fast forward I arrived home and was getting ready to feed my son and realized the meatballs were completely burn, black, hard inside and not edible. I called immediately and explained the food that was given to me. The lady that greeted said she understood and stated the cook most likely overcooked/burnt the meat and said if I was able to come back for a refund. I told her coming would be a hassle as I had my son but I stated I took pictures and if there was a number that I could send it to. She told me no she would have to talk to her boss to see what could be done. I told her don’t worry about a refund because I come often a credit would be fine. We ended the call and I proceed to throw away meatballs from my plate to feed my son just the rice. I received a call back about 5-10 later and she stated the manager just arrived and ask for me to come back to bring the food. I stated the food was already trashed as it wasn’t edible but of course I have the pictures etc. i could over hear the manager being very rude and saying if the food doesn’t come back nothing could be done. This is the worst customer service experience and this is why its really hard to support small business. Your cooks made an mistake and it’s your job to correct it. No one should have to go out of their way for a mistake you guys made. Will NEVER spend a dime here again wouldn’t recommend this place ever. I don’t care how good the food is which is hit or miss here customer service is everything and this place doesn’t have it.

I absolutely love coming here. Every time I come to Miami, this either one of the first place I go or last places I stop before heading home. The food taste just like if you were getting from home and maybe even better if your family doesn’t know how to cook. Very savory and flavorful! I truly wish I can take the whole restaurant with me or at least copy and paste it in my city that I live in now. You definitely won’t regret eating here unless you’re trying to lose weight lo.

I was disappointed by the taste of the chicken. Tasted like old chicken. Rice and plantain was good but the taste of the chicken made it a meal for the trash. There's no way that chicken was cooked fresh. Waste of money.

The food and the service was amazing. It was my friends first time trying Haitian food and she love it, she recommends the legumes with rice and peas and the Soursop Juice.

I don’t know who’s writing these reviews, but IT’S ALL LIES! I went because of the reviews, and honestly, the food was not good at all.
I asked for my griot to be fried soft, but they fried it super hard! I had to chew like crazy just to get it down (ALL THAT DAMN CHEWING I HAD TO DO). The rice was bland, the fried fish was way too salty, and the sous pwa was super thick with barely any beans in it.The plantains were disgusting. They definitely cut corners by using the pre-packaged frozen plantains, I can tell the difference between fresh plantains and frozen ones.

The atmosphere is cute, I like the pictures on the wall!

This was my first time there, and definitely my LAST!

I went to this place back to back days. First day I played it safe and ordered the brown rice with griot. Very good. I was also pleased with the banana pize wqs very good. The piklizn had a great flavor and the right amount of heat. I do prefer more onions....which this had none....but it was still good. The creole sauce was good. The next day. I had the Lambi a ls creole. Very good. I also had the diri ak djon djon.....good. my friend ordered the white rice with lasso fabric. Which she liked. (She like the dy Lauderdale better) I don't think my friend is a real haitian anyway. She also ordered the sos pwa blan.....very good. the owner was hands on and knew how to run the floor. Her daughter's ( i think) didn't know and we're at times more interested in the phone. I'm very happy. And going back again to to try the legume

This “Cassa” NYC

One of the best haïtien food I have ever had. The service is excellent and portions are plenty. I live in NJ and buy in bulk when I visit. My local family is hooked at this point. Excellent job guys.

I was trying this place for the first time and got the giot with rice and peas. The place looked old and unkempt but at first glance the food looked good. I got home and they forgot to give me the fried bananas and the rice had a very long black hair. (Weave) I didn't return for my bananas nor will I ever go there again.
