Probably the first time a Little Caesars Pizza actually had my full order (sauce included) ready in the Pizza Portal. I mean it was a magical experience, the code worked and I was in-and-out in less than a minute. The pizza was made to perfection as well, the whole experience just made my whole afternoon!

I recently had one of the most disappointing experiences at Little Caesars. I placed my order with the expectation of quick and easy service, as advertised. However, what should have been a simple pick-up turned into an unnecessarily long and frustrating wait. Despite the promise of “Hot-N-Ready,” I waited far beyond the expected time, and no one provided any updates or explanations during that period.

When I finally received my order, I was even more frustrated to find that the food was cold and tasted stale, as if it had been sitting out for a long time. The pizza was not fresh, the crust was hard, and the cheese had hardened. It was very clear that quality was not a priority, and I felt let down because I had chosen Little Caesars for the convenience and value they usually promote.

What made the situation worse was the lack of professionalism and courtesy from the staff. When I politely asked for an update on my order, I was met with dismissive attitudes and short responses, as if I was bothering them. There was no apology for the delay or the condition of my food, and no effort was made to correct the situation. The team seemed disorganized and overwhelmed, which reflected poorly on the store’s management.

Overall, this visit left a very bad impression on me. I’ve enjoyed Little Caesars in the past, but this experience made me question if I will return. It’s disappointing when a company you count on for quick, affordable meals falls short on both service and quality. I hope the management takes steps to improve both customer service and food standards so that other customers don’t leave as dissatisfied as I did.

Let me start off by saying that I have been coming to this location for over 8 years now. Today I was disrespected and discriminated against. The cashier kept going back and forth with me and would not stop, so I saddled for the manager. Once I began speaking to her he cut me completely off and started speaking in Spanish the both of them. I stated that it was rude to cut me off as well as speak in a language that I don’t speak he kept going she walked him to the back, got my food and said next in line. No apology nothing, I asked if she felt like she handled that situation she said nothing. I asked for his name as well as her name she told me that she doesn’t know. I have never been treated so poorly. I don’t know who’s over this store but I would like to speak to someone the manager and the employee needs to be held accountable for the way I was treated. And I hope in the future no one else has to experience what I experienced today.
