Localicious Caribbean Ice Cream

This would have been an easy 5 stars. Unfortunately, our server “Kellie”, wasn’t the kindest or patient and didn’t seem to understand what VEGAN meant. If you’re the type to easily look past your server’s unpleasant attitude then, you’ll enjoy this place. If not, then this may not be the ice cream parlor for you.

Sidenote: For the folks with DIETARY RESTRICTIONS, be sure to ask for clarification on the ice cream options that are ACTUALLY vegan. Even while the ice cream flavor will be labeled with a GREEN VEGAN STICKER on the cooler glass, according to “Kellie”, the flavor may not be vegan after all. Other than that, the ice cream is exceptional.

Caribbean ice they need to clean up the place more better there so much rats there and the boss need to pay the workers they’re some workers was there and all now they don’t get paid yet Cory disrespect o them and refuse to pay them … Cory you need to stop treat your employees like that they work so hard miss the Jamaicas who was there cause there ones there always mess up my order am not going back inspection needed there ASAP

My ice cream was good, but the service there was odd. I ordered my ice cream and asked to add hot fudge and the lady said, “what’s that?” I said “It’s a chocolate sauce. Or do you have caramel?” She replied the same “what’s that?” I just said nevermind… Lol, it’s not a huge deal but I found it weird that someone working at an ice cream place didn’t know basic ice cream toppings…

Never had Caribbean ice cream. It was very good. Very creamy, would go back. Happy the guy was not annoyed with my sister and I as we did not know which flavor to get.

I loved this place and the employee that served us. She was polite, kind and had a smile that could melt the coldest ice cream. The flavors are decadent and have a sweetness that brings memories of your childhood with your cousins at your grandma's house. My favorite was the bun and cheese and i can't wait to get a full pint.

I went here today with my daughter and neice and we had a great experience. The ice cream was great and they allow samples so you can find the one you want without regrets. The prices are a little high but the flavor is worth it. The service was excellent and the server we had and the owner were very sweet.
